Budding Ballerinas by Sheena’s Dance Academy

This is the perfect starting point for those interested in learning dance. Classical ballet instills discipline in children while laying a foundation for all dance forms. Parents remain outside the classroom during lessons. Requested attire includes leotard, tights, and pink leather ballet shoes. Ballet skirt is optional.

Delicate Dancers by Sheena’s Dance Academy

Little dancers enjoy this tap and ballet class. Dance encourages children to develop imagination, coordination, rhythm, and the ability to relate to music. Parents remain outside the classroom during lessons. Requested attire includes any color leotard, tights, black tap and pink leather ballet shoes.

Funky Hip Hop by Sheena’s Dance Academy

Learn the funky form of street dance, often featured in music videos and hit movies. Dancers learn up-to-date moves and how to utilize proper technique. They benefit from the coordination, strength, quickness, and endurance acquired in hip hop dance. Boys and girls welcome. Parents remain outside the classroom during lessons. Requested attire includes comfortable athletic wear and clean athletic shoes.

Tae Kwon Do Black Belt Prep

Students are moved into this class as they demonstrate a readiness to focus on the final preparation for their black belt test. This class prepares students both physically and mentally with continuous instruction throughout the year.

Introducing Musicology Lab's Piano y Español immersion program for students aged 5-17, combining music and the beauty of learning the Spanish language. Exclusive audio tracks and roll up keyboard included. Taught by professional musicians and native speakers.

Art Studio Weekly Classes - Cosmic Container

Do you know that there's a place where all your creative ideas are welcomed? Are you ready to bring out your inner artist? Join our Art Studio and be fully supported by our highly skilled teachers as you learn different art techniques and develop your own creative language. Students will gain visual observation and creative thinking skills, improve critical thinking, practice interpersonal communication, and expand their view of themselves and the world around them... all while making art! Supply fee $40 due the first day of class each month, paid directly to the instructor.

Move & Groove - Cosmic Container

Do you know that by moving your body you can express emotions and gain flexibility and confidence? You will learn different movement modalities of dance and martial arts and have a blast while doing it! Weekly hour-long classes for a variety of ages. Students will gain body awareness, build a healthy relationship with their bodies, gain skills of rhythm, coordination, balance, and spatial awareness.
