Swim Instructors

“Being a swim instructor has been rewarding. I make sure that children and adults have the skills and abilities they need in order to be safe in, out, and around the water. Here at the FAC, I have had the opportunity to grow in leadership and even teach water aerobics!”

Training and certification classes are available for swim instructors and lifeguards.

For Frisco Residents Of All Ages Making Play Affordable

No kid or adult should have to sit on the sidelines because of finances! The Play Fund provides need-based grants to City of Frisco residents for classes, camps, ticketed events, and rec center memberships.

Apply for a grant at Playfrisco.org/PlayFund.

Submit proof of financial need to Play Frisco.

Get approved and play!

Grants are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and are based on the availability of funds per season.
