The Frisco Heritage Museum chronicles the development of Frisco from the small farming town of Lebanon, a routine stop for cattle drives along the Shawnee Trail, to one of the fastest growing cities in the country. While you're visiting, explore the grounds of our Heritage Village for more Frisco history.

RAILS, TRAILS, AND TALES – FRISCO HERITAGE CENTER GUIDED TOUR

On this 90-minute guided walking tour through the Frisco Heritage Village and the historic buildings, you’ll learn how the City of Frisco got its name, the importance of a blacksmith shop, train depot, and what architecture was like at the turn of the 20th century here in North Texas. On this tour, we will also discover the historical significance of the 3 historic structures, learn what life was like in Frisco when they were built, and hear the incredible personal stories of the pioneers who lived and worshipped in them. Tour times and price include a self-guided tour through the Frisco Heritage Museum where you can explore even more history.
