Gentle Yoga Do you want all the health benefits of yoga at a slower and gentler pace? This class is suitable for beginners, seniors, or anyone who is interested in a slower-paced class. You will receive in depth instruction on yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation, and deep-relaxation.
