Your Favorite Smoothie for Weight Loss – Almond Milk

I come across with a lot of people, who think that being in a strict diet means eating tasteless food; but that actually isn’t the right conception.



There are plenty of things you can eat or drink during your diet plan which are extremely tasty and healthy – and you are going to love it.



Why do I suggest the almond milk smoothie for weight loss? 

Almond milk smoothie contains a lot of beneficial nutrients that help you in many ways in your weight loss journey.



This amazing alternative for cow’s milk contains antioxidants, vitamins and is extremely low in calories.



And guess what; almond milk does not contain any fats.



However, there are lots of other health benefits of the almond milk smoothie.



For example, it helps you stay full for long and daily consumption of the drink can bring a beautiful glow to your skin and make your skin smooth and look radiant.



Almond Milk and Blueberry blast—have not tried almond smoothies yet?  Then try this simple almond and blueberry blast that contains antioxidants and a lot of proteins. Here is the recipe—  250 ml almond milk 



150 grams Greek Yoghurt, fat free



60 grams blueberries



40 grams strawberries



Put all the ingredients in the blender, blend until it is smooth. Serve in a large glass and drink.



If you are a vegan, then you can replace the Greek Yoghurt with Banana and create a diary free smoothie.



The morning sunshine – nothing beats a morning that starts with a fresh energetic smoothie as a breakfast. Here is the recipe

250 ml Almond milk Half cup lime juice



50g mango



50g strawberries



¼ ginger, grated



Ice cubes

First add the fruits in the blender.

Make a paste.

Now add the lime juice, almond milk and ice cubes.

Blend again until smooth. Serve it. Drink it.


