WHAT IS BIO FILLER ? Bio filler is a mixture of bio resin and CaCO3. It is widely used in blowing bioplastic films and injection molding as a filler to reduce production cost, while remaining end-products' biodegradability. BiO fillers also acts as anti-blocking and slipping agent, thus improving the production efficiency and product quality, Bio-filler as well as bio material is always an alternative choice replace normal resin, can make almost all products and developing as a green choice in every market application.

WHY CHOOSE US ? Cost Reduction - The embedding of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) powder into bio filler masterbatch reduces the amount of bioplastic consumed, which is relatively high-expense, thus helping manufacturers save cost. Mechanical properties enhancement- since bio filler contains a small amount of processing aid additive. Hence, its application hardly afflicts end-products’ properties. Moreover, by adding bio filler containing talc powder, end-products are provided with great stiffness, flexural durability, less shrinkage, and good thermal conductivity. Meanwhile, barium sulfate is applied to increase the level of whiteness and transparency of endproducts.
