• Sesame requires little water to grow & thrives in hot, dry environments, is naturally pest-resistant, and is self-pollinating which means no commercial bees are required or harmed.

• Almond cultivation requires commercial bees to pollinate groves during a short window. In the USA, billions of bees are shipped in and more than 30% die from stress and pesticide poisoning.1

USING UPCYCLED INGREDIENTS

• Hope and Sesame® is the only Upcycled Certified™ plant milk on the market. Our Barista Blend uses two upcyled ingredients:

▪ Sesame pulp le over a er sesame seeds are pressed for oil and,

▪ Aquafaba, the liquid le over a er chickpeas are cooked to make hummus.

• To qualify for Upcycled certification, products must be produced with surplus food or food by-products and contain at least 10% upcycled ingredients, with verifiable supply chains and positive impact on the environment.

Toasted Black Sesame Nitro Latte

Ingredients

▶ 3 oz Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend Sesamemilk

▶ 3.5 oz of 2:1 Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

▶ 1.5 oz Toasted Black Sesame Syrup

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in keg.

2. Charge with nitro & agitate.

3. Serve on draft.

No Nitro? No problem!

Simply shake ingredients & serve over ice.

Cereal Milk Nitro Matcha Latte

Ingredients

▶ 6.5 oz Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend Sesamemilk

▶ 1.5 tsp Ceremonial Matcha

▶ 1.5 oz Water

▶ 0.5 oz Vanilla Syrup

Instructions

1. Add sifted matcha to a small bowl and vigorously whisk in boiling water.

2. Chill the matcha concentrate and reserve.

3. In a shaker or draft keg add matcha concentrate, vanilla syrup, and Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend.

4. Serve on nitro tap or shaken over ice.

Toasted Limoncello Refresher

Ingredients

▶ 4 oz Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend Sesamemilk

▶ 2.5 oz Lemonade

▶ 2.5 oz Sugar

▶ 0.5 oz Just Egg

▶ 0.5 oz Corn Starch

▶ 0.5 oz Water

▶ Toasted sesame oil & seeds for garnish

Instructions

1. In a pot add sugar & lemonade. Cook until the sugars have dissolved.

2. Separately, in a small bowl add Just Egg and whisk until smooth. Then whisk in 2 tablespoons of the hot syrup.

3. Add the tempered Just Egg to the pot.

4. Separately in a small bowl add the corn starch and water, whisk until smooth.

5. Add the corn starch slurry to the pot and whisk on medium heat until thickened.

6. Remove from heat, whisk in Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend until combined.

7. Chill and serve shaken or over ice topped with toasted sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds.

Spiced Honey Dew & Cucumber

Refresher

Ingredients

▶ 4 oz Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend Sesamemilk

▶ 2 oz Limeade

▶ 1 oz Sugar

▶ 2 oz Honey Dew Melon, peeled & diced, seeds removed

▶ 1 oz Monin® Cucumber Syrup

▶ Tajin, Black Lime, & Basil Oil for garnish

Instructions

1. In a small pot add limeade, sugar, & melon.

2. Cook until melon has softened and syrup is infused, then blend on high and strain. Chill until needed.

3. In a shaker, add the honey dew syrup, Monin® Cucumber Syrup, and Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend.

4. Shake and pour over ice.

5. Top with tajin seasoning, grated black lime, & basil oil and serve.

Blueberry Chai

Refresher

Ingredients

▶ 6 oz Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend Sesamemilk

▶ 4 oz All Friends Beverage Blueberry Chai Infusion

▶ Fresh grated freeze-dried blueberries for garnish

Instructions

1. In a shaker or cup add ice, the blueberry chai refresher base, and Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend.

2. Shake until combined and serve topped with grated freeze dried blueberries.

Moon Milk

Ingredients

▶ 2 cups Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend Sesamemilk

▶ 1 tbsp Hibiscus Powder

▶ 4 tbsp Agave Nectar

▶ 1 tbsp Cherry Juice

▶ 4 drops Toasted Sesame Oil

▶ 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

▶ 1/8 tsp White Pepper, Ground

▶ 1/8 tsp Cloves, Ground

▶ 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

1. In a blender combine sesamemilk, hibiscus powder, agave nectar, cherry juice, salt, toasted sesame oil, vanilla extract, white pepper, and cloves.

Ingredients

▶ 2 cups Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend Sesamemilk

▶ 4 tbsp Hershey Chocolate Sauce

▶ 2 tbsp Vegan Caramel Sauce

▶ 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

1. In a pot bring the barista milk to a boil, stir in chocolate sauce, vegan caramel, and salt.

▶ 1 Graham Cracker

▶ 4 oz Espresso

▶ 3-5 Marshmallows, Torched

▶ 1 tbsp Hershey Chocolate Syrup

▶ 1 Hershey Chocolate Bar

▶ 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instructions

1. In a glass or mug combine espresso, and steamed/frothed sesamemilk.

2. Top with Marshmallows, Hershey Chocolate, Graham Cracker Pieces, and gently torch.
