Using sesame, an amazing crop that thrives in hot, dry climates, requires very little water to cultivate, is naturally pest resistant, and is self-pollinating, as the main ingredient in our Sesamemilks. Upcycling what’s left after sesame seeds are pressed for oil. Packaging our products in recyclable Tetra Pak cartons made mainly from renewable plant-based materials.
Sesamemilk is Sustainable USES LESS WATER Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend Sesamemilk uses... 54% less water than most oat milk, 75% less water than most almond milk, and 84% less water than most whole milk to make 1L of milk.1
BETTER FOR BEES Almond cultivation requires commercial bees to pollinate the groves during a short window; millions of bees are shipped in and more than 30% die from stress and pesticide poisoning.2 Although pollinators can increase yield, sesame is self-pollinating, no commercial bees required.3
UPCYCLED CERTIFIED™ After sesame seeds are pressed for oil, we make sesamemilk with the remaining sesame, making Hope and Sesame® Sesamemilk the only Upcycled Certified™ plant milk.

Cereal Milk Nitro Matcha Latte Ingredients ▶ 6.5 oz Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend Sesamemilk ▶ 1.5 tsp Ceremonial Matcha ▶ 1.5 oz Water ▶ 0.5 oz Vanilla Syrup
Instructions
1. Add sifted matcha to a small bowl and vigorously whisk in boiling water. 2. Chill the matcha concentrate and reserve. 3. In a shaker or draft keg add matcha concentrate, vanilla syrup, and Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend. 4. Serve on nitro tap or shaken over ice.

Spiced Honey Dew & Cucumber Refresher
Ingredients ▶ 4 oz Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend Sesamemilk ▶ 2.5 oz Lemonade ▶ 2.5 oz Sugar ▶ 0.5 oz Just Egg ▶ 0.5 oz Corn Starch ▶ 0.5 oz Water ▶ Toasted sesame oil & seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. In a pot add sugar & lemonade. Cook until the sugars have dissolved. 2. Separately, in a small bowl add Just Egg and whisk until smooth. Then whisk in 2 tablespoons of the hot syrup. 3. Add the tempered Just Egg to the pot. 4. Separately in a small bowl add the corn starch and water, whisk until smooth. 5. Add the corn starch slurry to the pot and whisk on medium heat until thickened. 6. Remove from heat, whisk in Hope and Sesame® Barista Blend until combined. 7. Chill and serve shaken or over ice topped with toasted sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds.
