Olive Oil

Olive oil is the cornerstone of the Mediterranean diet — an essential nutritional mainstay for the world’s longest-living cultures. Olive oil is made from the fruit of the olive tree, which is rich in monounsaturated oleic acids. This fatty acid is believed to have many beneficial effects and is a healthy choice for cooking. It is also easily digested and absorbed into our body system. We use olive oil in our cooking to pamper you and nourish your health.

Goji Berry Himalayan Salt

Contains more than 80 minerals and elements, including potassium, iron and calcium. All of these minerals aid our body’s natural detoxification process and promote the removal of bacteria. Most importantly, Himalayan salt has a distinct natural flavour that enhances our recipe as well as retaining the nutritional value in our cuisine.

Considered a superfood because they are very high in vitamins A and C, essential amino acids, and antioxidants. It has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 2000 years. We are not only adding a pop of colour to our dish but it also is delicious and full of flavor.

Raw Sugar

Unrefined raw sugar comes from the juice of the sugarcane plant. It is a better alternative to white sugar because it is natural and contains mineral and nutrients.

Organic Golden Flaxseed

Excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids and has many essential minerals. It can be an alternative protein source for plantbased diets and are commonly used in our cuisine as our main dish topping.

Mixed Herbs

Rich in vitamins, and in minerals, chlorophyll and natural antibiotics. Many herbs have valuable alkalising benefits. Herbs may also contain pain-relieving properties, aid in digestion, and strengthen the immune system. It can be a perfect companion to our dish.

Sesame Seed

Knowned as the “Queen Of Oilseeds”. Sesame seed is one of the oldest oilseed crop known to humanity and have been used in folk medicine for thousands of years. They may protect us against heart disease, diabetes, and arthritis. We use sesame seed as an ingredient in our plant-based cuisine. A small handful per day is enough to gain health benefits.
