In a press release, the wealth management company said it made the decision as the IPO market has entered a wait-and-watch mode.

It had filed draft papers with the market regulator SEBI towards the end of September 2018, when the market was doing well.

Anand Rathi Wealth Services said that The Company has decided to explore the IPO at a later stage.
