Here I begin to show what I would like to write in a book, the life seen from my window. I have the privilege of living right in the city centre, on the sixth floor of a building. This place lends itself a lot for reflections, my window is very important, I open the curtains, I see the sunrise and even if it has not risen, it is raining, rain is important for the green to become greener... The beauty of our square for the centuries-old trees we have here. Every morning when I open and see the beauty of this square, the shining of the sun, I remember how beautiful life is, how good it is to be able to see, how many people do not see the dawn of the day. And we have the opportunity to see in the square a public place where people meet, some to talk to, some to date, others who even meet to do business or to walk through the square. The square is a transit place for all kinds of people. I usually analyse people and think. Look at the one who is taking care of the cars, how many times he is cursed, but deep down he is a person who has a family and is there looking for his or her breadwinner. Others who come to bring their pets, and others who take their children in the toy plaza. I have two grandchildren who go to the playground. They are beautiful things so they value life, and we have to look up to the sky and see how beautiful Pelotas is... Male, 75 years old, City Centre, Pelotas, Brazil.
