Setting up a timer can help you focus on meditation and eliminate any excuses you have for stopping and doing something else. While some people meditate for longer sessions, even a few minutes every day can make a difference. Begin with a short, 5-minute meditation session and increase your sessions by 10 or 15 minutes until you are comfortable meditating for 30 minutes at a time. If you have a regular yoga routine at home, you can do your meditation at the end.

You need to find a place for your practice. It doesn’t have to be big or have any kind of special decor, but it should be away from household distractions. Silence your phone so that you’re not tempted to break off your meditation if it rings.

merican singer and songwriter Britney Spears has been living under conservatorship in California covering her person and her estate since 2008. The conservatorship gives her father, Jamie Spears complete control over her life and property including some deeply personal decisions. It started in 2008 when Jamie filed a petition at the court for authority over his daughter after concerns about her mental health and potential substance abuse. Jamie oversees Britney Spears’ nearly $60 million fortune, alongside a professional wealth management firm she requested; a licensed professional conservator took over Spears’ personal care on an ongoing temporary basis in 2019. Spears has now given a groundbreaking testimony in her conservatorship case to a court in Los Angeles. “I would like to get married and have a baby,” Spears said, explaining that she wanted to have her IUD removed so she could start trying to get pregnant. “But this so-called team
won’t let me go to the doctor to take it out because they don’t want me to have children.” IUDs, or intrauterine devices, are highly effective contraceptives that must be placed, or removed, by a qualified healthcare provider. “This conservatorship is doing me way more harm than good,” she continued. “I deserve to have a life.” Spears called for the arrangement to end without her “having to be evaluated.” “I shouldn’t be in a conservatorship if

Asghari had also criticized the conservatorship in February, saying “I have zero respect for someone trying to control our relationship and constantly throwing obstacles our way.” Confidential court records obtained recently by The New York Times revealed that Spears had raised issues with her father’s role in the conservatorship as early as 2014, and had repeatedly asked about terminating it altogether, though the singer’s courtappointed lawyer in the conservatorship, Samuel D. Ingham III, had not filed to do so. The renewed interest in Spears’ courtordered conservatorship comes after the New York Times’ “Framing Britney Spears” documentary was released in February. The film highlighted Spears’ wish to remove her father from the conservatorship altogether. For years, fans and observers had questioned how Spears has continued to qualify for a conservatorship, sometimes known as a guardianship, which is typically a last resort for people who cannot care for themselves.

Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal’s allegations against each others have been making headlines for quite some times now. Now, almost two weeks after Mehra’s arrest, a case of domestic violence has been lodged against him at Mumbai’s Goregaon Police Station. According to a report, the case was filed against him on 25 June. His estranged wife Nisha Rawal had accused not just Karan, but his family members Ajay Mehra, Bela Mehra and Kunal Mehra of violence and exploitation. Reportedly Nisha also alleged Mehra of withdrawing more than Rs 1 crore from her bank account. A complaint against Mehra was first registered on 31 May. According to the reports actress reached the police station in the city’s suburbs with a bleeding forehead alleging that Mehra was behind it. ctor Amitabh Bachchan recently donated two state-of-the-art Intensive Ventilators of ‘Class1’ type to the Lokmanya Tilak General Hospital of the Greater Mumbai Municipal Corporation. The generous donation is made to help fight the second wave of COVID-19. According to the hospital located in the Siva area of Mumbai, about 30 patients have been effectively treated with

Talking about the intimate scenes between her and her co stars Taapsee revealed that both Vikrant and Harshvardhan, were ‘scared’ of filming intimate scenes with her. In an interview, Taapsee Pannu said that perhaps because of her ‘image’ or some other ‘problem’, Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane were both scared of filming intimate scenes with her. “I hope I made it comfortable for the guys, because they looked very scared,” she told a leading daily. “They thought pata nahi yeh kya karegi hamare saath (who knows what she’ll do to us). Sandip Ray, the son of writer-director Satyajit Ray, has said that he hasn’t yet seen Ray, but is aware of the mixed reception that it has received. “I will soon see all the four works to have my own opinion but I will form that opinion only as an individual,” he said. “I am hearing both praises and criticisms and that is quite natural for any work of art, including something adapted from the works of a personality like Ray.” Sandip added. Sandip Ray who himself has adapted his father’s works in the past said that he was never meant to be involved in the making of Ray. “Afew months back, Netflix India executives came to me asking for my permission to adapt my father’s stories. I gladly gave them my permission. But after that, they did not
contact me even once. They did not ask for my approval or insights into the stories. I was not shown the final script, nor was I consulted about the final product.” In an earlier interview, Viacom18 COO Ajit Andhare had revealed that they’d scored the rights to 12 Ray stories from Sandip. British Singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran confirmed he has teamed up with BTS once again for the music group’s upcoming song and the news has sent fans in frenzy. Sheeran who was promoting his latest single ‘Bad Habits’ at the American radio show said he is looking forward to their new track. “I’ve actually worked with BTS on their last record, and I’ve just written a song for their new record. And they’re like super, super cool guys as well,” the singer said. Big Hit Entertainment which is BTS’s agency confirmed the news but did not

BTS has a CD version of their latest charttopping English-language hit ‘Butter’ coming up on July9, and their according to their label Hybe Corporation it will include a brand new track that “will make your heartbeat to the rhythm of BTS’s positive energy”. I said it doesn’t happen like that, as I’ll have to apply for the entertainer visa only after which I can enter the country and give the audition.” Fortunately, the actor got his visa in a few days, and immediately took a flight for London. “When I reached there in the morning, they directly took me to Pinewood Studios where they were about to start the shoot from the 12th. I did my audition there, we all hugged and then I left for my hotel. Wait for Swifties is finally over as Taylor Swift has announced that her 2012 album “Red” is next in line in her series of album re-records. After much fan speculation about which album would the mega star choose to re-record after “Fearless”, Swift announced on social media on 18th July that the re-recorded version of her fourth studio album, “Red (Taylor’s Version),” will be released on Nov. 19. The re-recording will have 30 songs, including one unspecified ten-minute track that fans are already speculating could be the extended version of super hit “All Too Well.” “I’ve always said that the world is a different place for the heartbroken. It moves on a different axis, at a different speed. Time skips backwards and forwards fleetingly.
