Welcome to our new look 2014 brochure We have four great sections of entertainment for you to look through, packed full of fabulous ideas. There are some new attractions and, of course, the old favourites. With over 45 years of experience , we are here to offer help and guidance to make your next event a great success. All our quotations are free and without obligation. Please use the prices in the brochure as a rough guide. There may be additional expenses for travel and accommodation. Personnel or equipment may differ from the photos in the brochure, but it will not affect the quality or presentation. The Corporate and Mix ‘n’Mingle sections offer within the price a 5 hour operating period with a 1 hour set up time. So, come on, strike while the iron is hot! Give me a ring or drop me an email. The Festival Circus Britain’s most successful gala and corporate circus company brings the magic of the circus alive, with a brand new show each year! The Festival Circus offers up to five hours of circus entertainment, workshops and activities each day, inside a colourful and comfortable 500-seat circus Big Top. The fast-moving and spectacular show features a host of circus skills, like daring trapeze, amazing juggling, dazzling acrobatics and, of course, the circus clowns! Arena Team M.A.D. – Mountainbike Aerial Display The UK’s First and No.1 Mountainbike Tricks, Stunts and Skills Team. Team M.A.D. are all set and ready for your event in 2014. The Team has wowed crowds worldwide since 1996.

A fantastic fun and informative display for all the family, whatever the size of your event. Rider TV appearances include Let’s Get GOLD, Britain’s Got Talent, Blue Peter, C4 and The Extreme Sports Channel.

Team M.A.D. has the UK’s top riders, including former World and British Champions, who will amaze your audience with jumps, spins, hops, balancing skills and tricks, accompanied by their own slick, Equity registered, commentator, making sure your audiences are fully engaged and entertained throughout the show.

The AirBag The AirBag gives you the chance to get airborne on your bike without the fear of not making the landing. The AirBag uses its own land safe technology to safely cushion you whether you are trying backflips and spins or just getting up in the air on your bike for the first time. The AirBag brings everything you need to get the audience up in the air, including a 10m x 15m AirBag and all the equipment and power needed to operate, including bikes and helmets, as well as full operator’s PL Insurance.

All equipment is provided by the Team, including 1000w P/A power supply, all stunt equipment and full Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessments.

K9 Quackers Sheepdog & Duck Show This entertaining sheepdog and duck herding display is a favourite of audiences both young and old. Watch how Richard and his canine sidekicks herd the ducks through various obstacles such as the tunnel of doom, the slippery slide and the rings of fire. K9 Quackers duck herding show don’t have just any ducks in their performances, but some of the best stunt ducks in the business. As well as the “A Team” of white ducks there are the “ASBO Ducks”, which need to be trained, and also the funny Grand National Runners. This sheepdog duck herding display is duck-u-tainment at its very best. With his own commentary Richard engages the crowd with each set of duck’s personalities. BACKDRAFT WHEELIE FIRE TRUCK – The Backdraft Wheelie Truck is unbelievable – when Steve hits the accelerator the front of the truck jumps 15ft into the air! It’s a massive 20 ton Fire Engine that thinks it’s a wheelie bike! Steve performs the seemingly impossible by steering, stopping and pirouetting the truck on the two rear wheels only. The Royal British Legion Band & Corps of Drums, Romford The band and drums was formed in 1952 and is one of the longest running independent youth bands in the country today. The band consists of approximately 45 members with an average age of 16 years. It was the first ever youth band to appear at the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. The band has appeared at the Royal Tournament, Festival of Remembrance and the Birmingham and Wembley Military Tattoos. The band has taken part in the World Music Contest held in Kerkrade, Holland on five occasions 1993, 1997, 2001, 2005 and 2009 and the total number of medals received to date is 7 gold and 3 silver. In 2004 the band took part in the Rochester Marine Tattoo in the USA. In March 2004 the band became the Supreme Concert Band Champions at The Youth Marching Band Association’s contest and in April 2005, again in April 2006, was judged the Concert Band Champions at the British Youth Band Association’s contest. The band is available for tattoos, carnivals, concerts, fanfares, county shows and festivals, both here and abroad. The band plays a wide range of music to match any military band and, along with their Royal Marine style uniform, project the professional style and performance that has earned them the reputation they thrive on. £800 plus coach hire

Arena Aerostars Aerobatic Display Team A typical show is 13 minutes of thrilling choreography and nail-biting action. Shows start with 4 minutes of stunning big formation aerobatic figures, before the team splits for specially choreographed aerobatics designed to always keep the action in front of the crowd. Head to head passes, individual advanced aerobatics and stunning break manoeuvres keep the crowds mesmerised in the build-up to the grand finale. To end the show the team re-joins for the crowd-pleasing barrelling fly-by and famous vixen break. 4 Ship and Pairs

The team can obtain CAA approval for air shows and act in the capacity of Flying Display Director. They can also communicate with local authorities and emergency services and complete all paperwork to ensure the legality of the display. POA

If you have a smaller display site or a more modest budget you can opt for a 4 ship routine which lasts 12 minutes or a pairs show lasting 10 minutes. Despite using smaller teams these shows retain most of the manoeuvres of the major display and have proved highly popular at UK and European shows.

Adrenaline Tour – Quad Bike Stunt Show With the UK’s top quad bike stunt riders your audience are sure to be in awe at watching them fly over 30ft high and 70ft from ramp to ramp, whilst performing breathtaking tricks. You will see quad freestyle, catching items of memorabilia in mid air and then awarding them to spectators, as well as the ever popular street style tricks where the action is brought close to the audience. An informative and humorous commentary is done by Ex-World Championship moto-cross rider, Jason Smyth, via a microphone in his helmet as he does his stunts! He will interact with the audience to really get them involved in the show. However, the entertainment doesn’t end there, they also have a display unit where the public are encouraged to come and see the machines, chat with the team and even sit on one of the quad bikes if they wish. David Seamark Sheepdog Demonstration Corporate/Teambuilding events: An event with a difference – try your hand at working a sheepdog. The dogs will be under your control and it is an amazing experience to actually work one of these fantastic border collies. They help David on the farm with his flock of 500 breeding ewes and their lambs and then work for you maneuvering geese around the obstacles. It really makes you think about the characteristics of the animals and shows you skill, commitment and the capability of a working dog. Imps Motorcycle Display The Imps are a Motorcycle Display Team with a difference, a youth team with an impressive track record of major shows both within the UK and on the world wide circuit. From the moment they enter the arena the audience react to the sharp-looking professional appearance of this entertaining group with family appeal. Their show consists of precision team riding including complex cross-overs, fire jumps, trick riding, individual and group set pieces, pyramids and big jumps, all served up with a canny element of humour that only youngsters can exploit. The team’s experience is outstanding, having performed in many parts of the world, including a tour of Jordan at the personal request of His Majesty King Abdullah II bin al-Hussein of Jordan and toured from Irbid in the north to Aqaba on the shores of the Red Sea. Appearing at such exotic locations as Bermuda and Singapore the team have a wealth of experience to bring to your show. The skillful presentation of this team keeps the audience focused on the arena and the infectious influence on visitors to your show will remain with them long after the show is over. Arena Wildlife Displays Educational - Interactive - Hands-on - Lots of Fun Wildlife Displays was formed in 1978 offering natural history lectures to schools and other interested groups. During recent years demonstrations of exotic and domestic animals have been given at small family events. Now they have a fully mobile team offering interactive educational displays presenting short talks throughout the day on a variety of animals and giving the opportunity of a hands-on experience to show visitors. Their animals are all domestically bred and completely at ease in a show environment. Their animals vary at shows, but normally consist of snakes, spiders, lizards, scorpions, hissing cockroaches and giant snails, rabbits, guinea pigs, meerkats, ducks and chickens all displayed in their own attractive display areas.

Reel Stunts in Action ACTION STUNT SHOW – Watch as a professional stunt team demonstrate how action is devised and put together in an intense, all-action chase and escape sequence. Fights and High Falls are just some of the elements that make up this action-packed show, giving you an inside look at the stunt people who risk their necks to make real movie magic. The display will include audience participation with the opportunity for several show visitors to have a Hawk or Owl fly to their gloved fist.

Kangaroos Gymnastics Display Team The Kangaroos are one of the best arena acts available and have been performing for over 30 years. They give two different displays. The Main Display, lasting approximately 35 minutes, is a vaulting display of seven different moves, which includes over 250 somersaults, some over a car, using trampolines, trampettes and high trestles. The Comedy Display is a classic “Keystone Kops” type Victorian routine in period costumes, lasting about 15 minutes. They have appeared at most of the major shows in Britain including the Durham County Show, Shrewsbury Flower Show, The Glasgow City Show, Northampton Balloon Festival, Town & Country Festival at Stoneleigh and the Battle of the Flowers in Guernsey and twice for the British Army in Germany. They have also made over 15 television appearances including You Bet!, Blue Peter (twice) and The Big Breakfast. The best and most versatile gymnastics display in Britain. In 2009 they appeared at the opening of “The Special Olympics” in Leicester and in 2010 they appeared twice at Wembley Stadium and the Grosvenor House Hotel. £1,325

Bolddog “Lings” Freestyle Team

As Honda’s official and the UK’s number one motorcycle display team, the Bolddog Lings Team base their show around the world’s largest and most sophisticated mobile landing system. The show features the UK’s top-ranked freestyle motocross riders, incorporating the latest heart-stopping tricks as usually only seen on TV. The team also provides an informative on-board commentary by the riders, even talking to the crowd whilst performing a trick, flying 35ft in the air. Between displays the public are invited to the interactive stand, where

Mounted Games Association Thrilling, all-action entertainment for all the family. This fast and furious, action-packed equestrian display makes superb entertainment for audiences of all ages. Teams of riders, on very fast ponies, show their athleticism and riding as they compete in a series of relay and obstacle type races. The speed of the ponies and the agility and horsemanship of the riders is breathtaking and produces a colourful, all-action display. A securely fenced arena of 100m minimum length x 60m is required and the display comes as a full package, complete with arena party and a professional commentator. The display can be tailor-made to suit the requirements of the show. The MGA will provide at least 4 teams of 5 riders/team and will perform for either 30 or 40 minutes, preferably with 2 sessions each day. £1,950+VAT (Two days) Two day shows preferred. The MGA make regular appearances at many of Britain’s top county shows and country fairs, including The Royal Welsh Show, Chatsworth Country Fair, Bakewell Show and the Nottinghamshire County Show.

Bob Hogg Sheepdog Display & Lamb National Sheep Race Bob is a member of the International Sheepdog Society and travels the country with his team of working sheepdogs. The displays are educational, as Bob demonstrates his unique training methods, but are also great fun for the children, as he invites them into the arena whilst the dogs work the ducks around an obstacle course. Two Brothers Racing Stunt Team Two Brothers Racing Stunt Team are a “Street Bike Freestyle” team consisting of Mark Van Driel, the 2012 UK Champion (Aka Vandal) and Ashley Mark. If your event has a concrete or tarmac area, inside or outside, the boys can offer a fully choreographed street bike show in a fairly small area of 60ft x 120ft if required. This can be a stand-alone show or integrated with other acts that may be performing. Commentary comes from Ashley, whilst he is riding the bike and explaining how the tricks are done, the names of the tricks whilst they are being performed, as well as some light-hearted humour! The tricks are at the very cutting edge of the street bike stunt world, rarely performed in the UK! The very high standard achieved by Ashley and Mark are due to the riders competing at world level competitions within the street bike stunt world. Two Brothers Racing Stunt Team perform all over the UK and Europe and even occasionally as far away as Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. The show can be tailored to each venue to suit. Highest Sway Pole in the World! Jean Monti Highwire and Sway Pole Show is based in Germany. Jean provides the most spectacular show, climbing to the top of a 58 metre pole (over 185ft), balancing on his hands and swaying to and fro. He rides a motorcycle 100 yds up a wire from the ground to a height of 25 metres, with an assistant hanging beneath, performing a series of hair-raising manoeuvres in the process. He has travelled around the world with the act; to Central America, Dubai, Oman, Pakistan, Japan, China and Malaysia. Eagle Heights, Kent’s Bird of Prey Centre, now offers what is probably the most comprehensive bird of prey display team in the UK. Watch in awe as “Kayla” the Bald Eagle soars above the crowd and chuckle at “Becks” the White-backed Vulture as he gallops across the arena. Get ready to duck as “Jade”, the 120 mph Falcon, hurtles across the heads of the crowd. Plus there will be lots of “oohs and aahs” as the little Barn Owl floats around amongst the crowd. A European Eagle Owl also puts in an appearance in the arena.
