The April 2025 edition of PE Pulse captures the vibrant spirit and achievements of PizzaExpress UAE during a season marked by cultural and operational milestones.
Highlights included the successful trial of the Mac & Wings food truck at DWTC, generating AED 18,724; record-breaking single-day sales of AED 40,777 at Spring Souq; and Fujairah reaching its highest weekly sales of AED 213,025. Al Reem also stood out with a record delivery count of 704 covers in one week. Initiatives like Hospitality Night, Unlimited Pizza Slices, and Sunday Funday brought fresh energy to outlets like Live JLT and Bay Square.
The HR team marked key milestones too, including onboarding new joiners, conducting training and certifications, and participating in legal networking events to stay updated on HR regulations. DWTC was awarded the Golden Paddle Award with a high service score of 97.42%, while employees of the month and new joiners were recognized across various branches.
