PizzaExpress UAE’s People Pulse update for Period 10 highlights key achievements and engagement activities across the organization. Turnover stands at 3.6% for the period and 30% year-to-date, reflecting ongoing workforce management efforts. A major milestone this month was the 15th Anniversary of PizzaExpress DWTC, celebrated with the team. As part of CSR, Chefs Francis Villaluna and Alannah led a cupcake-making activity for 15 students at the Rashid Centre for People of Determination.
The GPTW 2025–26 external survey is currently underway, following last year’s achievement of ranking 3rd Best Workplace in the Middle East. PizzaExpress UAE was also ranked 7th Best Workplace in Hospitality 2025 in the GCC.
Other highlights include a festive Diwali lunch at Head Office, a women-focused Pinktober “Paint Your Power” event, HR engagement visits, the Golden Paddle Award win by JLT, the Golden Quarter meeting targeting AED 51M, World Food Day activities, the Festive Menu launch, and Noya’s pre-opening NRO training.

In Period 10, sales show a clear spike. 2025 sales sharply exceed both 2024 and the budget, marking one of the strongest performances of the year. This period highlights significant growth and strong recovery compared to surrounding periods.
