This HDPE extruded mesh can be cut to size to form any diameter to protect trees, both young and old. It is designed to be long-lasting due to its high level of UV stabiliser, rot resistant and is very easy to handle. All rolls come with “lip” top and bottom as standard. Guards should be secured using an external stake or bamboo cane with cable ties or staples.

Works in the same way as the more widely used 13mm extruded mesh but where a larger aperture is required. These 19mm and 50mm HDPE meshes are available in either brown and green.

To secure simply use a stake or cane and attach using cable tie or staple.

Weed mats are ideal for preventing weeds from establishing around the base of young planted trees. Made from black woven HDPE, they are water permeable to allow water to drain through whilst preventing the weeds from establishing. They are effective for approx 5+ years and fully UV stable. Supplied with a precut slit from the centre to the corner for easily installing around the tree and are available in 2 sizes.

Spray guards are an ideal solution for protecting young trees from damage caused by herbicides due to the solid 30cm plastic base. The top 30cm is an open 5mm mesh, allowing the tree to breathe and grow naturally. Available in easy to use cut pieces in either green, black or brown. 60cm x 13cm. We recommend securing the guard by using 2 bamboo canes.

This spiral guard is an extremely economic option for protecting young trees. Manufactured from 100% recycled material offering a life expectancy of around 4 years. Tough enough to protect against rabbit damage yet soft enough not to damage the tree growth.

Supplied as one standard size in brown but other heights, diameters and colours are available upon request. Each guard measures 600mm x 38 mm.

Preformed galvanised mesh guards offer high level protection from grazing livestock. All guards are manufactured from 12 gauge wire with a 25mm x 27mm mesh.

Secure the guard with fencing clips and ratchet ties. Other sizes available upon request.
