Health center to implement two-year plan Morgan County Health Center Administrator Shawn Brantley Wednesday, Nov. 2 presented a strategic plan to the center’s board of directors outlining priorities in a two-year implementation plan to improve programs, community perception, and infrastructure. One priority is to identify and develop new programming and evaluate existing programs. This would include conducting a community health assessment (already begun through use of a survey instrument), evaluation of current programs by health center staff, possibly expanding hours of operation and appointments, and pursuing grant opportunities. A second implementation priority is to work to improve the perception of the health center with the public and with center partners. Toward this goal, an awareness campaign is being considered to include additional advertising, updated brochures, targeted campaigns, social me-

dia/website management, and increased outreach activities (school, safety, case management). A third listed priority in the strategic plan is to develop infrastructure for a “stronger future.” This portion of the plan includes improving the physical environment at the center with building updates (cosmetic, landscaping, computer and phone systems); the possibility of moving into a new facility; changes and/or additions to staffing; and participation in regular team-building and communication activities. Overtime policy changes Brantley proposed changes to the current health center policy regarding overtime pay to remain compliant with labor laws. He proposed changing the designation from “flex time” to “comp time.” He also said compensatory time should be given at a rate of 1.5 hours for every hour worked in excess of the normal work week. Employees would have 60 days in which to use ac-

cumulated comp time. The board unanimously approved the proposed changes and the policy will be updated. 2014 audit approved The board accepted and approved the final report of the audit for fiscal year 2014 presented by Jeff Lammers and Gayle Hayden of Lammers and Associates. Fiscal year 2014 was the year the health center experienced an employee embezzlement case. Lammers and Associates reported, “The effect of this activity on the financial statements, as a whole, has not been determined. The center’s records do not permit the application of other auditing procedures to evaluate the fair statement of revenue and expenditures” and “... we have not been able to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence to provide for an audit opinion ... for the year ended Dec. 31, 2014.” Key financial highlights for 2014 are as follows: The center ended the fiscal

year with liquid assets of cash and cash equivalents totaling $88,087. This amount was down from the 2013 year-end total of $116,264. The change in net position for the Morgan County Health Center for the Fiscal Year 2014 decreased $19,131. Report of services In the September report of services, 16 inspections were made, six sewage permits were issued and one sewage complaint was investigated. Sixteen food permits were issued. Four water samples were taken. The clinic dealt with 11 recalls. Women’s health had two clinics with 13 clients. They dispensed birth control pills to 21 women, gave 10 depo shots, performed 11 sexually transmitted disease tests, and conducted two physicals. WIC saw 527 clients. Special health care had a case load of 52 with nine new referrals and six home visits. Four car seats and two cribs

Bros. Carpet ServiceGoetze continues for local veteran

Teresa Garrison-Capps recently published her book, “Sanctity.” It’s a true account about her husband, Tommy Ray Capps, who is a Vietnam combat veteran and retired Missouri state investigator. While I’ve only spent a “visitors” amount of time at the Capps’ residence in Versailles, having interviewed him for a small retirement feature a few years ago, I came away from that experience with respect for the man—both the life he has led and the example he has set. I am certain we all could learn a thing or two from his experience. Plus, I have sampled his famous and locally grown chestnuts “roasting on an open fire.” After years of just singing about it in a Christmas song, thanks to Tommy, I finally got to check that off my “bucket list.” I also have read their book. I read it in one sitting a couple of days after it was presented to me. It is unique in its telling, evoking a gut-level response from the reader. One cannot read it and not feel something—anger, thankfulness, respect, horror, revenge, wonder, admiration, determination to live better. Sanctity tells the story of an “ordinary man” who served in combat during the Vietnam War and who later became an investigator who specialized in crimes against children. The published book synopsis reads, “The vivid flashbacks of his experiences as a nineteenyear-old draftee in 1966 and his investigation of a serial rapist in the peaceful Mennonite community in the 1990s intertwine with Capps’ memories of growing up in rural Missouri in the 1940s and 1950s.

“The memories and flash- rightfully, honor and Furniture backs—including optimistic, yet those who have

This memoir is captivating and intricately interwoven.” If you haven’t read the book, you should. If for no other reason than to become more familiar with your neighbor. When we know our neighbors, especially those like Tommy Capps, and what has shaped them into the people they are today, it makes it hard to live a conceited existence. This Friday is Veterans Day, there will be local observances and meaningful memorials to,

All proceeds from the sale of the book will be divided equally and donated to the Morgan County Caring for Kids Coalition in memory of the Capps’ granddaughter Hope Ray Dunklee and to the Veteran’s Administration nursing home facilities in Missouri, in honor of World War II veterans J.C. Garrison and Robert Capps. It’s just another example of the continued selfless service of one “ordinary man.”

by Stacey Embry, Director, Morgan County Library Not every day is going to be roses and sunshine. Some days just are not our best; it might be hard to drag yourself out of bed, maybe it feels like everything goes bad at work. All-inall, nothing seems right. We all have bad days, we all struggle. When these times happen, it can be hard to go forward. We all have ways to get through our down times. Personally, I like to remind myself of what I have. Everything is relative in some sense or form and, when I focus on my blessings, the bad doesn’t seem so bad. This last week has been anything but bad, lots of roses and sunshine. I have four blessings to share with you, great moments at the library that have honestly touched my heart and brought a sense of peace and goodness to my soul. Blessing 1 – Last Saturday morning, the FedEx man showed up with a huge box. The girls always take care of the mail, so I usually don’t pay much attention. Susan opened the box and announced that we had more LEGOs. I knew I hadn’t ordered any more and turned around to investigate. Someone had donated a generous amount of new LEGO kits to the library. I might have shed a few tears, I was just

so overwhelmed by the kind ges- afternoon, she took it to a whole

LEGOs. What an amazing had gone home and played “liMain Bank sonal • Versailles 573-378-4626 teaching moment! About • an hour brarian.” We are blessed by her later, another family from the community came in with three more boxes of LEGOS! What a day full of little plastic blessings from beautiful people with kind hearts. Blessing 2 – Our staff refrigerator has been acting up for the last two months. We tried different ways to rescue it, but we finally had to shut it down last Friday. Monday morning, I got a message from my running partner. Bescheinen Family Furniture had decided to graciously donate a new refrigerator to us! I know they sponsor various activities including a couple of local runs that benefit families in Morgan County. We are blessed to have them as a part of our community. Blessing 3 – Not all blessings are physical things. Sometimes an act or gesture, simple or grand, can brighten a day. For the last few weeks we have had a puzzle out for our patrons to enjoy. Last week, I decided to bring in some kid puzzles. On Wednesday we had our first child complete our new puzzle. She was all smiles. That might seem like a blessing in itself, seeing a child enjoying something and feeling pride in her accomplishment; but that

affection for the library and the knowledge that we are role models for her. Blessing 4 – I have mentioned that will be incorporating more play in the library. This week, we decided to construct our first cardboard structure. At a conference, I had taken photos of a simple box a lady had constructed for her story-time kids to play with. I went to work on other things and the girls took over. They went above and beyond my expectations. As much as that is a blessing to me, I cannot imagine how much children are going to love it. I told you it was a roses and sunshine week! The library is yours, so these blessing belong to all of us. May we carry these blessings with us and reflect on them during our bad days so that we might all enjoy the quietness of a peaceful soul. For more information, visit the Morgan County Library, 600 N. Hunter, in Versailles, call 573378-5319; or see the library’s website at morgancountylibrary. org. Library hours are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday.

November 5, 1936 Why Editors Lose Their Minds. One of our readers unloads his mind on a few things: “Please send me a few copies of the paper which had the obituary about the death of my child a few months ago. Also publish the enclosed clipping about the wedding of my wife’s niece who lives in California. And I want you to mention in the locals, if it don’t cost nothing, I have a

cow and a heifer to sell. Send two extra papers to Cousin John in Middleton and send me four extra ones this week. As times are too hard to waste money on a newspaper, you can stop my subscription.” November 9, 1956 Don’t forget the Gravois Mills Methodist Church annual turkey dinner and bazaar Wednesday, Nov. 28 at the church. Mr. and Mrs. Marcell Williams spent several days this week with Mrs. W. J. Williams and other relatives here. Mr. and Mrs. Williams are moving from Kansas City to the state of Ohio to make it their home. November 4, 1976 Eddie Jones was inducted into the Beta Lambda Chapter of Sigma Delta Pi, the National Honorary Spanish Society, Oct. 21. He is in his junior year at

Southwest Missouri State University, Springfield, where he is studying Spanish and business. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Newton Jones of Versailles. He is a 1974 graduate of Versailles High School. November 7, 1996 Morgan County Sheriff Sonny Earnest will stay in office, and Rodney Schad and Alvin Nolting will join Commissioner Sid Merriott on the Morgan County Commission. State Rep. Chuck Pryor successfully defended his 116th District seat against challenger Don Barrett. In other local elections, Gary Garber (4,761 votes) defeated David Ball (2,209) for county coroner, and Public Administrator Carmen Hayden held on to his job by defeating Nathan Miller 4,332 votes to 2,511.

It doesn’t take a prophet to understand the times we live in. Any person with honesty and common sense feels the culture shock of our society. The character of secular and religious leadership has reduced th integrity of commitment to God’s laws to almost nothing and has legalized sin in many areas. This immoral hurricane has wiped out or rendered ineffective government leadership to enforce the laws of our country in certain areas. This tells us the church of the living God is walking on a sea of political, social, economic, and spiritual turmoil. Take the creator God out of any institution and the people of that nation will become lawless, without love and respect for each other, and desire only what will benefit them, no matter who they must walk over. That nation will become like the people in Judges 21:25, “In those days there was no king in

Israel, every man did that which was right in his own eyes.” When the sins of immorality, deception, dishonesty, and paganism become rampant, and civil government and churches become slaves to political correctness, when there are no standards of right and wrong, then that nation is like a man on life support who is gasping for his life and will soon become a dead organism. When men of civil leadership cannot rule as a nation’s laws demand, and are dismissed from their elected or appointed position because of their inobedience to God’s laws, that nation has spiraled out of control. In 1 Samuel 4:21, a dying mother names her son “Ichabod” to define the spiritual condition of Israel: “the glory is departed from Israel because the ark of God was taken.” At present, civil and religious leaders have dismantled the laws

ersailles

of God piece by piece until we are no longer “one nation, under God.” The immoral tempest has become a hurricane that has almost destroyed our foundation of righteousness, when once even sinners would acknowledge, respect, and honor Jesus Christ. We are only a shadow of integrity that our country was built upon. Honesty is not even a memory in some folk’s lives. Our only hope is for our civil and religious leadership, from the top down, to pray and obey II Chronicles 7:14, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” Only then would our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, come to our rescue and save our once great nation.

Learning about the voting process

Students line the hallway Tuesday, Nov. 8 to cast their votes in a school-wide presidential election exercise designed to give students a taste of the civic process at Versailles Middle School. Dusty Daniels, seventh-grade social studies teacher, organized the mock election. In order to vote, students must present a current ID or face a “bureaucratic obstacle course.” (submitted photos)

High school play at Royal Nov. 17-18 Versailles High School students will be presenting the play, “Annie Play Will Do” 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17 and Friday, Nov. 18 at the Royal Theatre in Versailles. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children and students age 3 to 18. The play was written by Scott Haan and the basic synopsis is: “Because of a miscommunication with the principal, high school drama teacher Mr. Morris (played by Jack Troyer) finds himself with only ONE DAY to cast, stage and perform the school play. “In desperation, he turns to two of his best students, Paul and Laura (played by Tim Roeh-

rig and Sydney Troyer), to take charge and co-direct the show, unaware that the two are in the middle of a nasty break-up and are no longer speaking. “Things go from bad to much, much worse when Paul and Laura, practicing with their friends independently, don’t realize they are rehearsing for different shows, “Little Orphan Annie” and “Annie Get Your Gun.” The problem isn’t discovered until the curtain opens. It’s a theatre nightmare brought hilariously to life.” The play is being directed by Michelle Gerlt, performing arts teacher at Versailles High School.

The guidelines include recommendations for total amounts of structured and unstructured physical activity, indoor physical activity, learning integrated physical activity, screen time, staff participation in physical activity and staff role modeling of an active lifestyle. “This center’s accomplishment demonstrates a commitment to the health of the children in care,” said Elizabeth Blau, Community Planner for Nutrition Programs. “Children who are active throughout the Band director Ryan Lewis works with band students Monday, Nov. 7 to perfect a song in the band room at Ver- day are establishing life-long sailles Middle School. for chronic diseases as they age. Children who are active are more likely to become active adults.” The MOve Smart program is voluntary and open to all licensed and license-exempt child care facilities throughout Missouri. The program is offered at three levels: minimum, which closely follows the minimum state licensing requirements, intermediate, and advanced. Each level requires increasingly higher physical activity standards, and only centers that meet the intermediate or advanced levels are recognized. Children’s House has achieved the advanced level. To qualify for the MOve Smart designation, child care centers must submit to the state health department a one-week schedule that highlights the types of daily physical activity occurring at the facility for each classroom, physical activity-related policies, photos and other supporting documents. More information about the MOve Smart guidelines can be found at: http://health.mo.gov/ movesmart.

Embry emphasizes community outreach Morgan County Library director Stacey Embry stressed community outreach vendors in her Tuesday, Nov. 1 report to the library board. Embry reported she met with representatives of the Morgan County R-I School District to discuss the library’s possible partnership with the Stover school in the grant-funded 21st Century Learning Communities program. She also met with the Morgan County Health Center and the Versailles schools to share ways to work together. An after-hours storytime, co-led by library staff and various members of the community, will begin Wednesday evening, Dec. 14. Embry reported teen volunteer training has been going well, and will continue. Transportation is an issue that needs work. Head Start has asked for teens to come to the library and read to younger children. She noted the “1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program will begin in February 2017. Kits are being assembled to hand out to participating families. Embry acknowledged Bescheinen Family Furniture donated a new refrigerator for the staff kitchen at the library. Board member Mary Jo Jack-

MDC seeks hunters’ assistance Report illegal hunting activities testing for CWD during opener to Operation Game Thief: MDC Scotland, Shelby, Sullivan, Warren, and Washington. Hunters can also present just the deer head with about six inches of neck attached. Deer must be presented by the hunter who harvested the animal. Hunters presenting bucks bound for taxidermy should inform MDC staff of that. While staff will not collect tissue samples, they will still complete paperwork and inform hunters about participating taxidermists taking CWD tissue samples. There are three designated CWD sampling stations in Morgan County, Central Missouri Archery in Laurie; the former Department of Transportation maintenance facility at 304 S. Hickory St. in Stover, a half-mile south of Highway 52; and Versailles Middle School in Versailles. Sampling locations will be open Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. until at least 8 p.m. While testing is mandatory during firearms opening weekend, MDC staff will be

The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) needs help from deer hunters to find and limit the spread of chronic wasting disease (CWD), a deadly illness for deer. MDC reminds deer hunters that the Wildlife Code of Missouri requires hunters who harvest deer during the opening weekend of the fall firearms deer season, Saturday, Nov. 12 and Sunday, Nov. 13, in any of the 29 counties of the Department’s CWD Management Zone to present their deer for CWD tissuesample collection on the day of harvest. Hunters must take their harvested deer to one of 75 MDC CWD sampling locations throughout the 29 counties. The 29 counties of the CWD Management Zone are: Adair, Boone, Callaway, Carroll, Chariton, Cole, Cooper, Crawford, Franklin, Gasconade, Jefferson, Knox, Linn, Livingston, Macon, Miller, Moniteau, Morgan, Osage, Putnam, Randolph, St. Charles, St. Louis, Schuyler,

available to remove tissue samples from deer harvested in the CWD Management Zone throughout the season. Hunters can contact the Central Regional Office in Columbia at 573-815-7900, the Northeast Regional Office in Kirksville at 660-785-2420, and the St. Louis Regional Office in St. Charles at 636-441-4554. Hunters can help reduce their wait times at a CWD sampling location by: telechecking their deer before going to a sampling location; having their completed permit information ready; being prepared to locate their harvest location on a map; positioning their deer in the vehicle so the head and neck are easily accessible for staff to take tissue samples, or having the detached head with about 6 inches of neck attached bagged and ready. The fall firearms deer season runs from Saturday, Nov. 12 to Tuesday, Nov. 22. Hunting times are one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset.

The Missouri Department of Conservation reminds hunters to report any instance of illegal hunting. If you witness or suspect a wildlife violation, report it to your local conservation agent or call the toll-free number, 1800-392-1111, which is manned 24 hours a day. You may remain anonymous, and you may ask to be considered for a reward if you wish. If you provide information that results in an arrest and you’ve asked to be considered for a reward, your agent will refer this request to a citizen board of the Conservation Federation of Missouri. That board assigns a reward based on the severity of the violation involved. Rewards range from $50 to $1,000. Your cell phone programmed with the toll-free number will help you take immediate action when you see violations in the field. Do not attempt to intervene yourself. When you call, you will be asked simple questions, the answers to which will be vital to the investigation. Here are a few things to remember when you witness a suspected

violation: Nature of suspected illegal activity; date and time of violation; the suspect’s identity, if possible; description of the suspects and vehicles. Each year, conservation agents spend time tracking down poachers who disregard regulations protecting wildlife. Here are some of the illegal activities that agents dealt with last year: hunting from the road; disposing of carcasses and other body parts in streams, rivers, ponds and lakes; harvesting a deer or turkey and putting someone else’s permit on it; using a spotlight to harvest deer or turkeys. A person is poaching if

he or she sells venison, deer sausage, fish or small game to acquaintances or at work; collects live animals for sale; many native species of reptiles and amphibians (turtles, lizards, snakes and frogs) are illegally taken for worldwide pet trade; hunts without a permit or with an inappropriate permit; some non-residents will try to buy lower-cost resident permits, even though they are not qualified to do so; collects native seeds, plants or roots on Conservation Department lands. For more information, contact conservation agents Kurt Heisler 573-378-0763 or Matt Smith 573-378-3114.

Radcliff, Randall are MVPs

Football achievements honored It was an emotional night at the Versailles football team banquet Monday, Nov. 7 in the high school commons. Awards were presented and the seniors on this year’s team read aloud letters they penned to their parents thanking them for all their support, encouragement and love. Head coach Broc Silvers presented varsity letters and participation letters to each player and commented on each player’s contributions to the program this season. Academic all-conference recognition was accorded to the following players, David Connor, Jonathon Geier, Quinton Ryerson, Kooper

Wilson, Michael Trotter, Coby Williams, and Quinn Randall. Student-athletes who have earned a letter and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale at the end of the previous semester receive the academic honor. Silvers announced four Tigers players were voted to the TriCounty Conference honorable mention all-conference team, offensive lineman Gage Smith, defensive lineman Shane Randall, linebacker Devin Radcliff, and defensive back and punter David Connor. There were four players named to the Class 2 District 4 all-district team. Offensive

lineman Chase Hyman and Radcliff were selected to the first-team and wide receiver Taylor Dobbins and linebacker Michael Trotter were voted to the second-team. Next on the program was the announcement of the captains of the 2017 Tigers team, as selected by this year’s captains. Chosen as team captains for next season were Dobbins, Hyman and Wilson. That was followed by the presentation of the team awards. Senior Jarod Sartin won the Tiger Award. Coby Williams was named Freshman of the Year. Smith was recognized as Lineman of the Year. Randall

was chosen as the team’s Offensive Most Valuable Player and Radcliff was selected as the Defensive Most Valuable Player. Coach Silvers also spoke of the seniors on this year’s team and listed their accomplishments during their careers. He then announced four of them, Ayden Easton, Connor, Radcliff, and Smith, would receive the Golden Tiger Award, as all four were four-year participants in Tigers football. Each of the seniors read the letters they wrote to their parents and then presented a football with their signatures on it to coach Silvers.

The early youth portion of the firearms deer season was Saturday, Oct. 29 and Sunday, Oct. 30 in Missouri and 13-year-old Justin Hamrick of Versailles harvested this 11-point buck Sunday near Gravois Mills. The late portion of the firearms youth season has been moved from January to three days beginning the first Friday after Thanksgiving. This year, the late youth portion will be Friday, Nov. 25 through Sunday, Nov. 27. (submitted photo)

Versailles junior Kendall Reger came in 72nd place at the MSHSAA Class 2 State Cross Country Championship Saturday, Nov. 5 at the Oak Hills Golf Course in Jefferson City. Reger ran the 5,000-meter course in 18:32.11. He was the first runner in the history of the Tigers program to qualify for the state meet. Tigers coach Mark Garcia said running at state was an incredible learning experience for Reger, “Kendall ran well through the first two miles, his splits were about as fast as I would expect them to be at state, but I could tell he was tense, nervous, and he was fighting the race rather than running fluid. The extra

energy that he spent running tight cost him over the last mile and he ran slower and finished worse than he would have liked. I am extremely proud of how he ran and how he competed, and I know from experience that it can be almost overwhelming to run faster mile splits than you’re used to but still have more people ahead of you than you’ve ever had ahead of you before. I’m not even a little disappointed about how Saturday went, I thought it was a great experience.” Simon Gelber of Whitfield won the individual state title with a time of 16:24.62. There were 172 runners in the race. Lamar won the Class 2 team title with 81 points.

The Versailles boys and girls basketball teams will host a pre-season scrimmage Tuesday, Nov. 15 in Leroy J. Viebrock Gymnasium at the high school in Versailles. The boys and girls teams from Smithton and Windsor will participate. The schedule is as follows, 4:30 p.m. Versailles vs. Smithton (girls); 5:15 p.m. Versailles vs. Smithton (boys); 6 p.m. Smithton vs. Windsor (girls); 6:45 p.m. Smithton vs. Windsor (boys);

7:30 p.m. Versailles vs. Windsor (girls); 8:15 p.m. Versailles vs. Windsor (boys). Each scrimmage game will consist of three periods lasting six minutes each. Admission is $2 for adults and $1 for students. The Versailles Lady Tigers open their 2016-2017 season Monday, Nov. 21 at home versus Russellville while the Tigers begin their season Tuesday, Nov. 22 at Eugene.

He tried to re-enlist so that he could fight for his country again in Dessert Storm. “They said I was too old and too injured, he said matter-of-factly. “After a while, it did start getting to me, not being able to get outside. I was used to being active all the time, he said. Roy was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. “I was getting stir crazy, he admitted, until Independence Fund, a nonprofit veterans’ organization that helps disabled veterans, gave him a $10,000 off-road, all-terrain Action TrackŽ wheelchair. “I can go out in the fields and hunt or down to the lake and fish. I can go anywhere with that chair, Roy said. Roy drives his truck to his destination and, using the power of his arms, he climbs into the bed of his truck, where the chair is strapped-in. Instead of wheels, the chair has tracks like a tank, enabling him to navigate mountain roads, woods, beaches, frozen lakes, shallow streams, muddy and snowy terrain and more. A snow blade is also available, on request. “I spend most of my time outdoors, Roy said smiling. He is in the process of moving to a lake house where he will be able to fish to his heart’s content, something he said he is looking forward to. Roy has not allowed his injury to handicap him at all. He has been an avid “swapper, attending and having a booth at the Jacob’s Cave Meadowlands Swapping Days in Versailles almost every year since “about the first year it started. He traverses the bumpy meadowlands in his tank-like wheelchair with a camouflage rifle in a built-in gun holster and a huge hunting knife.

HOME & SHOP ON 11

ACRES M/L: This 3 (could be 4) bedroom home sits on 11 acres. The home is a 2002 manufactured home with a kitchen, family room, sitting room, 2 bathrooms, an office (which could serve as the 4th bedroom) and a laundry room. The master bedroom also boasts a large walk-in closet and a jetted tub in the master bath. The home features electric central heat and air, insulated double pane fold-out windows, engineered hardwood floors, 2 decks and stone skirting. The kitchen comes complete with a stove and microwave, and the house is serviced by a well and septic (which runs into a lagoon). In addition to the home, the property has a 32’ x 46’ metal shed/shop ¡ PHWDO with hot water, heated concrete floors and a 20’ lean-to. The acreage is primarily open with permanent and electric fencing. All of this is in the Versailles school district.

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Here is a nice home on 11 acres with a good location and a shop that could serve many uses. These types of properties are getting harder to find all the time, and I have no doubt that it will continue to go up in value. Have your finances in order as the property will sell with NO RESERVE to the HIGH BIDDER! See you Saturday, November 19th!
