STEP-BY-STEP ONLINE RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend that you print this document for reference and ease of use.

1. PIONEER CENTER WEBSITE

a. Desktop: go to pioneercenter.com and click on My Account in the upper left hand corner of the website.

b. Mobile: go to pioneercenter.com and click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right hand corner of the website. Select My Account

2. LOGIN

a. Login with your Username and Password. Your Username is the email address associated with your subscription. If you do not know which email address is on file, please call (775) 434-1050 for assistance. If you have forgotten your account password, click “Forgot your password?” to reset it.

3. ACCOUNT HOME PAGE

a. Desktop: once logged into your account, navigate to the left-hand side menu bar and click on Account Information.

b. Mobile: once logged into your account, click on the My Account dropdown menu and select Account Information

4. ACCOUNT INFORMATION PAGE

a. Before clicking into your offer, review your contact and address information to ensure everything is correct. After you make any needed changes, navigate to the left-hand side menu bar or dropdown menu for Mobile devices and click on Offers.

5. OFFERS PAGE

a. You will see the offers that are available to you. Underneath 25-26 Broadway Comes to Reno Subscription Renewal, click ADD TO ORDER.

i. If you have multiple subscriptions on the same performance day: click ADD TO ORDER. Once you are on the Shopping Cart Page, click back into My Account, click on your Offers tab, add your additional subscription(s) to your shopping cart, and continue with steps 5 through 9 to complete your order.

ii. If you have multiple subscriptions on different performance days: each subscription should be purchased separately. Once you click ADD TO ORDER for your first subscription package, continue with steps 5 through 9. Once you have fully completed your first order, go back into your account and complete steps 1 through 9 for your remaining subscription package offers.

iii. If at any point you make a mistake by accidentally clicking the red X button or adding subscriptions from different performance days together into one order, log out of your account and log back in to start the renewal process over from step 1.

6. SHOPPING CART PAGE

a. The shopping cart page allows you to see the details of your subscription package including your seat locations and subscription price. If you have changes you want to make to your subscription package, please DO NOT click on the red X button The following page will include a box to request changes to your subscription package before you checkout.

b. Click CONTINUE.

7. QUESTIONS PAGE

a. Custom seat request (optional): you can provide information on any changes you want to request for your subscription package by clicking into the box underneath the question and typing your requests. Be as specific as possible so that our expert staff can make the best seating decisions for you. Please note: our staff will not be contacting you to discuss seating options. If we have your exact request(s), we will automatically put you in those seats. If we do not have your requested change(s) available, we will keep you in your same seats.

b. Accessible seating (optional): select Yes if you require accessible seating.

c. Once you have answered any applicable questions, click CONTINUE.

8. PAYMENT PLANS PAGE

a. You will see four options: 10% down, 25% down, 50% down, or Skip Payment Plans.

b. Click SHOW DETAILS on each Payment Plan to view an outline of scheduled payment dates and the amount of each payment

c. Select a Payment Plan OR select Skip Payment Plans

i. Payment Plans can only be accessed through your online account. We highly encourage you to use a Payment Plan if you put in a custom request to add seats, remove seats, or change price levels.

9. BILLING INFO PAGE

a. On this page, you can review your Contact and Address on the left-hand side. Click on the dropdown boxes to make different selections, if needed.

b. If you need to change any of your information, click Update. This will take you to the Account Information page on your profile to make any changes needed. Any modifications to the contact information listed will alter all orders associated with your account.

i. After you make any changes, click back into your Shopping Cart to restart the full checkout process.

c. Please note: your payment will be processed for the same seat locations you had last season. Our staff will address any requested changes during the seating process before your tickets are delivered. If your change is available and requires an additional cost, the credit card associated with your order will be charged. Please save your credit card information to your account if you have requested a change to your seats in order to expedite the seating process.

d. Select your credit card type, enter your payment information and click BUY.

i. If you selected a payment plan, this credit card will be saved and used for the remaining payments Please confirm that your card will not expire prior to the final payment date.

e. A Terms and Conditions pop-up screen will populate. Please read through this and click ACCEPT

10. ORDER SUMMARY PAGE

a. Please note that under TICKETS in your order summary, you will see your 2025-2026 Renewal Seat(s) which ensures that your seats are automatically saved for the next season.

b. In the bottom left-hand corner, you can note your confirmation number and print out an invoice for your payment. Your tickets will be emailed 2 weeks prior to each show.

c. You can review your tickets under the tab Events and Tickets in your account.

Please note: our Box Office does not process in-person renewals. We recommend that you complete your renewal online through your Pioneer Center account, which is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. If you do not want to complete your renewal online, renewals can also be completed over the phone by calling (775) 434-1050 once the renewal period opens – to be announced.
