Who is a PinkGenius?
You're a PinkGenius, and you've signed up to become a PinkTrepreneur, someone who identifies as female and wants to lead their lives more intentionally, serve their communities, and aspire to be business entrepreneurs!
Just by becoming your best and learning how to build a business BEFORE you go to college, you'll be helping to close the gender gap in business across the world.
By becoming a PinkTrepreneur you'll learn how to BE A LEADER in your own unique way and how to BUILD A BUSINESS that you're passionate about!
You will develop your business skills using downloads, attending online workshops, participating in chat rooms, spearheading public events, and receiving surprise products that put a smile on your face, knowledge in your brain, and tools in your hands.

Why is She So Important?
So why is it so important to become a PinkGenius with the skills of a PinkTrepreneur?
Across the globe, females face inferior income opportunities compared with malesThe global labor force participation rate for women is just over 50% compared to 80% for men. That means a serious gender gap between business & economic opportunities for females and males across the world, which translates into less financial freedom, earning power, and self-actualization for females. Females are less likely to work in formal employment and have fewer opportunities for business expansion or career progression. When females do work, they earn less. Emerging evidence from recent household survey data suggests that these gender gaps are heightened due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Deluxe 6 Month Program
Over the course of the next six months, you will experience 12 interactive sessions, 31 lessons, and 6 coaching groups to develop you into a PinkTrepreneur ready to start her own business! Here's your program overview.
You Are NOT Alone
A coach will be assigned to you at the start of your program. They will help you:
• Support the application of new knowledge between workshops
• Create momentum through practice and dialogue between workshops
• Build camaraderie between you and your colleagues, and encourage ongoing peer mentorship
• Provide professional assistance through real and current related business challenges as they arise

You Are Now A PinkTrepreneur
• Strategy: You have now created a business strategy that includes a vision, mission, values, and key objectives.
• People: You now understand how important it is to find the right people to help you build your business and you have a customized tool kit for hiring & cultivating talent.
• Cash: You understand and identify various funding sources and now have the tools to manage your money. You have learned how to prepare and make your pitch.
• Leadership: You understand your personal values and your own leadership style. You assessed your strengths and weaknesses as a leader and have identified leadership strategies that align with your personal style. You know how to better communicate at the Executive levels.
• Execution: You understand the different phases of executing your business plan. You have set quarterly goals and have the skills to build a collaborative team. You know who your target market is, and who your customers are. Your business has started, or maybe even completely built, a clear product and/or service.
• Spirituality: Mindfulness, gratefulness, compassion, and empathy are skills you will have practiced. Understanding that there is something bigger than yourself, and that incorporating your set of spiritual values into the mission will bring health and well being that enables you to sustain and persevere yourself & business for the long haul.
