The client can view walkthrough online in a higher 3d videogame to communicate the same understanding between designer and client to revise the works following the project’s needs

TIP: Export Model settings to “Export two-sided faces” of Sketch Up for a good result. 1.Go to: File > Export > 3D Model 2. Choose Export type “FBX file” 3. Limitations • Textures and geometry are brought over and there are not really any limitations there, but lighting and shading all takes place in the viewer itself, so existing lighting and shading is not brought from the original model. Walk mode: use your iPhone’s geographical features to view your building in real time. Look upwards to the roofline, check the flooring, look left, look right.

On-Site Mode will show 3D Model on the site by loading GPS map and compass to indicate the correct location of building. Somehow, GPS function may takes time to adjust the model with the real site image.

After locating the model on site, the screen will return at the standing position. The 3d model will show by pressing“ Switch to Manual ” and press “Look around” to Lock Location and then can pinch zoom in/out walktrough.

From interviewing with client’s appreciation of each countries, the need is not similar. During the predesign, it is not important to look realistic for clients in North America and Europe which differs from Asia that architects have to do in realistic presentation so that the client is satisfied. In the future , this service is surely predicted that all designers in every countries will use this service since the business world is opened to design across the globe. The plugin and application to connect program is easy to use in a quick time more than the past. All 3D viewer files are saved in Cloud Server, allowing users to see and edit in any time. Comparisons of same characteristic softwares, ICEvision and ICEpresenter are proper for software investment in Design Firms because the service cost is cheaper than other companies , the files are not limited to share and secure system with impressive features to use.
