Join the FUN of learning volleyball! ANTS Volleyball class will be an encouraging team environment with positive coaching, learning, and fun volleyball games for your children Children will learn and practice bumping, setting, serving, rallying, and so much more throughout the session We welcome all new and experienced players of all skill levels, even those who have never played the game Our approach is to teach the FUNdamentals of volleyball through individual hand-eye coordination, partner activities, and fun team volleyball games In class, we’ll focus on building healthy habits, team camaraderie, and good sportsmanship on and off the court Come join us at ANTS Volleyball!

Spiders Ultimate Sport Class

Have a blast playing with your friends and the Spiders, Oakland’s Professional Ultimate Frisbee team! Each week in class your child will learn through play—learning Ultimate with the pros including throwing, catching, and the fundamental X’s and O’s . Throughout each game we emphasize Spirit of the Game and developing social-emotional skills to help players thrive on any team Registration includes a Spiders disc and fun prizes throughout the session!

The Piedmont Recreation Department (PRD) is dedicated to promoting girls+ in sports . PRD is creating a series of programs that utilize sports as a way of engaging girls+*, developing their leadership skills and boosting their self-esteem .
