DEPENDABILITY

& timeliness Applications will launch on Opening Day, November 2. To get started, fill out the introductory form and let us know which position you're interested in. If you'd like to apply for multiple positions, you'll need to fill out a form for each role. After filling out the introductory form, you'll receive an email with instructions for completing your application. For each role you apply to, you'll need to complete an associated creative challenge and submit your resume. At this point, you'll also be able to attach additional files like a digital portfolio or include links to your website or applicable social media accounts. There's no deadline for submitting your application, though we'll begin reviewing applications and conducting interviews one week after Opening Day. Each position will be filled as soon as we identify an exceptional candidate.

While the entirety of the application process takes place online, if you'd like to mail us something that's better reviewed and examined up close, we'd love to see it.

INSIDER TIPS

everything connects to ideas

Creativity isn’t just something people possess, it’s a practice. If you’re applying for a creative role, help us understand where your ideas come from and how you arrived at the final creative works you share with us.

Where do you find inspiration? Where do your ideas come from? What inspires you to think creatively?

INSIDER TIPS

danger

When you’re about to pitch a new idea, do you ever feel like it might not work or, even worse, that it will work and you will get away with something? That flirtation with danger generally means you’re onto something big. Test ideas on the danger scale before submitting your creative challenge.

How does your creative challenge measure on the danger scale?

Student portfolios can all start to look and feel the same since you’re often submitting work from the same assignments. To give us a better sense of what you’re capable of, make sure to also include projects from outside the classroom. If classwork is all you have, apply your skills to new creative work to help you stand out from your peers.

What projects are you doing outside of classwork? What’s driving you to pursue this project?

INSIDER TIPS

i just love it

The first thing we do when we receive applications is place portfolios, writing samples, and resumes on a large table. While we make sure to review each and every application as it comes in, only the best and most delightful submissions stay on the table. Before you submit your work, ask yourself, "Is this good enough to stay on the table?"

How are you adding delight to your application?

INSIDER TIPS

live an interesting life

Everything you pour into your daily life impacts your creativity. Since we won’t get to interview everyone, use your application as an opportunity to help us get to know you better.

What gives you energy? What feeds your creativity?
