It made for some musical interludes at the City Chambers, serving as a reminder that the pupils at the school have enormous talent. We got the story out in a variety of ways with video, photos and articles. It appeared to help so if you are run‐ ning a campaign then tell us about it.
he council has had a difficult time trying to ind £21 million of savings in its revenue budget. One of the cuts could have led to the closure of the City of Edinburgh Music School, but following a ierce campaign by parents and pupils that threat has been removed.
