This Chinese style shrimp is made with the flavors of Hong Kong in mind. Battered shrimp tossed in a creamy sauce, this is a dish that is hard to say no to.

Ingredients:
1 cup of water
2/3 cup of white sugar
½ cup of walnuts, chopped
4 egg whites
2/3 cup of mochiko
¼ cup of mayonnaise
1 pound of shrimp, peeled
2 Tbsp. of honey
1 Tbsp. of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of vegetable oil, for frying

Ingredients:
1 pound of chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into halves and cut into pieces
1 pound of andouille sausage, thinly sliced
1, 28 ounce can of tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup of celery
1 cup of chicken broth
2 tsp. of dried oregano
2 tsp. of dried parsley
2 tsp. of Cajun seasoning
1 tsp. of cayenne pepper
½ tsp. of dried thyme
1 pound of shrimp, cooked and without tails

If you want to impress your dinner guests with a seafood dish that is absolutely delicious, then this is the perfect dish for you to prepare.

Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeds removed and chopped
1 cup of butter, evenly divided
1 cup of white flour, evenly divided
1 pound of lumpy crabmeat
4 cups of water
1 pound of shrimp, peeled
½ pound of scallops
½ pound of flounder fillets
3 cups of whole milk
1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. of distilled white vinegar
1 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. of salt
Dash of black pepper
½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In a skillet set over medium heat, add in the onion, ½ cup of butter and chopped green bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until soft. Add in ½ cup of white flour. Whisk until smooth in consistency. Cook for 10 minutes.
2. Add in the crabmeat. Stir well to mix. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. In a Dutch oven set over medium to high heat, add in the water. Allow to come to a boil. Add in the peeled shrimp, scallops and flounder fillets. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. Reserve 1 cup of the cooking liquid.
4. In a saucepan set over low heat, add in ½ cup of the butter. Once melted, add in ½ cup of all-purpose flour. Whisk until smooth in consistency. Cook for 1 minute. Add in the whole milk and 1 cup of the reserved cooking liquid. Stir well to mix.
5. Increase the heat to medium. Continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until thick in consistency. Add in the cheddar cheese, distilled white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of hot sauce. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Stir well to mix.
6. Add in the cooked seafood. Stir well to incorporate.
