Meet Cover Woman Dawniel Winningham Believe it or NOT I have the BEST job in the world. My job is to help women just like YOU not only find what they love to do, but to get paid while doing it! Seems super easy, it if were NOT for what we were taught in the world, about ourselves, about money, and about our worth. Advertising Isn’t Sexy It’s Necessary! Share your Business with others! Many Business owners dread advertising their business. But the truth is that if you don’t put the word out about your business you won’t be in Business. It really comes down to what avenues are available, how effective they will be, timing and cost. Let’s talk about the different types of advertising for just a moment. You could put an ad in print, like a newspaper, magazine, social media, or if you like, even stand on the corner dressed up, but depending on your budget some of these will cost money, others will cost time. However, they can reach your target market instantaneously and be effective. So, try some and see which ones you like best and stick with them. Do try other things you might be surprised at who you might meet. Next, Understanding the importance of advertising in a multitude of places will be key to your success and maximize your exposure. Learn about the timing of advertising for your businesses. For instance, in certain parts of the country business slows down. Like Arizona, it’s HOT! So What, right? I find that some business owners are charging full speed ahead with not boundaries. Also, find networking groups that you click with! Wise! That way you are staying consistent and being an efficient marketer. Congratulations. It’s takes years to achieve this critical part of your business. Now let’s not forget about the cost of advertising. If you have a business plan like most do or need too, you can stay on budget for the most part but, this also needs to have some flexibility. Advertising costs can get out of control. Find some of the best avenues that have a cost that will allow you to advertise in several places at one time. Pizza Dough
¼ C Organic Tomato Puree 10 Basil Leaves 1 - 3” Ball of Buffalo Mozzarella Roll out dough to size and thickness you desire add sauce & Spread Out Add buffalo mozzarella Add basil bake at 400 – 12-15 minutes
3-1/2 – 4 Cups Bread Flour 1 tsp sugar 1 package dry yeast 2 tsp kosher salt
1-1/2 C water (warm to hot – 110 ) 2 TBSP Olive Oil
White Pizza
Combine Flour, Sugar, Yeast, Salt and combine
Pizza Dough – see recipe or use alternative
Add water, olive oil
Sauce
stir until a ball is sticky, then knead – until smooth
2 TBSP Butter – Melt on low
Salt &Pepper – Add to your preference Garlic Clove (as you prefer) – add chopped to butter 3 TBSP Flour – add to Butter – once mixed
grease bowl – put in pizza dough ball – cover and let rise until double the size. Approx 2 hours – makes 2 14” pizzas
1 C Milk – add slowly 4 leaves Fresh Basil – ripped to smaller pieces – add ½ C Parmesan Cheese – add to Mixture – Once Thick put on Pizza crust Meat – your choice my FAV is Grilled Chicken bake at 400 – 12-15 minutes Vegetarian Pizza Dough – or use alternative Use White or Red Sauce Add : Sliced ½ C Fresh Mushrooms
1 C Baby Spinach ½ C Shredded Mozzarella Add Mozzarella to the top so the veges cook and do not burn Cook for 8-10 min checking Ultimate Woman International

Greens Stir-Fry with Sautéed Chicken – quick dinner 2 C Baby Spinach 2 C Broccoli - Chopped 2 C Zucchini - Chopped 2 Cloves Garlic - Chopped 1 Shallots or ½ Red Onion - Chopped 6 Chicken Tenders Chopped and Sautéed Salt/Pepper to taste 4 TBSP Olive Oil Split 2 TBSP Olive Oil and Sauté Chicken with Salt & Pepper to taste – once cooked – set aside 2 TBSP Olive Oil & Sauté Garlic & Shallot with Salt & Pepper Add Broccoli & Zucchini until Bright Green then add Spinach – Mix and take off heat – spinach will cook quick - Serve Fruit Salad – 4 – ½ C Servings ½ C Raspberry ½ C Blueberry ½ C Blackberry ½ C Coconut Yogurt

HOW SUPERFOODS SAVED HIS LIFE In 2014, my husband fell tragically ill; the doctor said softly, “he has three months to live”. I was devastated, how could this happen to someone so healthy at 50? He went from not swallowing a pill in 21 years to 8-10 per day. He was diagnosed with CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease). I started drinking raw food smoothies to give myself a more sustainable energy so I could work a full day and be his caregiver. A few months into his illness I found myself overwhelmed and not able to cook as much, so I started giving him the same smoothies I was drinking. After about 2 weeks, the dialysis team noticed his blood pressure went from mid 190’s to 140. During a routine medical visit, the Doctor said, “I’m glad the new blood pressure medicine is working”, my husband said, “I’m not taking that stuff anymore, it made me feel weird. I’ve been drinking some red slime crap my wife gives me”. The doctor turned to me and asked, “What red crap?”, and then we laughed for a moment. I told him I was blending raw foods like beets, spinach and kale every morning. The Doctor was so impressed with the results of the food combination. That started my obsession with researching raw food combinations. It has been incredible to see what the raw foods has done for his body and mind. The doctor has since asked me to write raw food recipes for other patients. I have created over 21 raw food smoothie combinations that help specific illnesses or pain/ailments in the body. I am convinced that the right raw food combinations can change your life. This sparked me to start Kidney Help Center of Arizona. A nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with a chronic or end of life illness. We help provide transportation, meal delivery service, counseling support and much more.
