EachpartysigningthisAgreementwarrantsandrepresentsthathelshehasthefullcapacityandauthorityto executethisAgreementonbehalfofthenamedparty.IfthisAgreementisexecutedonbehalfofClientbyanythird party,thepersonexecutingthisAgreementexpresslyrepresentstoInspectorthathelshehasthefullandcomplete authoritytoexecutethisAgreementonClient'sbehalfandtofullyandcompletelybindClienttoalloftheterms, conditions,limitations,exceptions,andexclusionsofthisAgreement.
SEVERABILITY:ShouldanyprovisionofthisAgreementbeheldbyacourtofcompetentjurisdictiontobeeither invalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsofthisAgreementshallremaininfullforceandeffect, unimpairedbythe court'sholding.
