A small cottage designed to fit the environment and weather conditions of terraces in Vietnam by using wheat gathered from the paddy fields as materials for construction. The wheat roof can keep the farmers warm in the coldness of winter and lower the heat in the summer. It also supports the sustainability of the area since farmers can always reuse the wheat collected from the fields. The cottage fits the topography of the terraces, so the area under the house can be utilized as an animal shelter.

After a failure, a human discover the 5 stages; they will be shocked and surprised at first. Then, they will try to deny the truth even though they know deep down that they failed. Then, they come to the stage of expressing anger and blaming the others for their mistakes. It leads to depression after that. When they overcome everything, the last stage is to accept the reality and try their best to make changes.

The inspiration is from the carpet of my school's campus.
Cut the image into different parts with different textures and patterns.
The first stage: Shock and surprise. White is the colour that represents the feelings of sock and unwanted. It elaborates the emptiness of a person when they discover their failure.
The second stage: denial. Yellow is the colour that represents the way that a person tries to come up with a refusal to their failure. They might think that there is still a sunlight in their mistake.
The third stage: anger. Red represents the blood flow of humans when they get angry. Therefore, it suits the vibe of anger in a failure that a person has to deal with.
The fourth stage: depression. Grey describes the feelings of depressed, it goes along with the colour blue that represents sadness that a person experience
The final stage: acceptance and changes. When a person overcomes their sadness and failure, a rainbow of joy and opportunities opens for them.
Mosaic art was popular in Ancient Roman culture. People used the Mosaic style for walls, floors, and church decoration since it is easier to clean and restore. On this occasion, I created a Mosaic version of the painting Lady with an Emine to add the look of wealth and status to the lady. Moreover, to practice considering shades and colour distribution of the image, especially on cloth and animal.

The original courtyard of Bronte College lacks green trees and other elements of nature, which are needed for teenage students. Therefore, I created a new courtyard with a grass field, more trees with shade, and bushes. There will be some benches under the trees for international students to spend their time in the courtyard enjoying the fresh air and learning to appreciate nature. The fountain in the middle of the courtyard plays the role of cooling the temperature in the summer and bringing an aesthetic look to the courtyard by having a sense of movement from the water. I believe that this new courtyard will attract more students to spend time on outdoor activities instead of playing video games or staying in their rooms all day.

This version of a living room is more simple. The furniture in the room, like chairs, the couch, and the table, is used for the purpose of simply living and only using the ones we truly need. Moreover, this room allows more natural light to go through the room, which brings a close feeling to nature for the people in the house.

A kitchen with an island will create more space for storing utensils and other cooking tools. People can also have chairs or stools around it for a convenient dining space. This kitchen allows the natural lights from outside, saving electricity for the kitchen. The use of racket lights supports the environment by using natural materials. The kitchen is drawn from a 2-point-perspective, so the depth of the objects can be seen.

The original drawing had many accidental errors, such as the ink dropped from the markers on the pool, a yellow stain on the sky, and some pencil marks. Therefore, I used the copy-and-paste features on Adobe Photoshop and topped the errors with cleaner parts of the drawings. By doing this, the errors on the drawing are removed, making it looks neat and tidy.
The building lacks green elements, especially the trees and grass on the mountains at the back of the building are cut and not replanted, making the building miss the brightness and vibrancy of green trees from the background. Moreover, the green plants from the trees and bushes are inadequate for the establishment, so the air will not be filtered, and the heat issues are not tackled.

In this drawing, I used the Cubism art movement to show appreciation for the apple trees. Thanks to the apple trees, gravity was discovered by Sir Isaac Newton. Apple trees also provide a source of healthy fruits for people. They are also easy to replant since they take 5 - 7 years from a seed to the stage of giving fruits. Moreover, there are many types of apple trees that can fit different climates in different regions of the world.

Agriculture is the starting point of the Vietnamese culture and economy, especially the tradition of growing rice and wheat from paddy fields. Therefore, I put the symbols of Vietnamese agriculture into this drawing: the hard-working farmers in the fields, their buffalos, and the bushes of wheat they collected. This drawing is my way of saying "thank you " to the work of the farmers for the beautiful and delicious grains of rice I ate every day in Vietnam.

In 1963, when South Vietnam was under the control of the American government, a Buddhist monk named Thich Quang Duc lit himself in the middle of the street in Saigon as an act of protest. By doing so, especially in public, he aimed to awaken others who did not notice that they were also living in a burning home, the home of wars, guns and violence, so they must find their own way to achieve a peaceful life, the life that they deserve to have.

A contest between the God of Mountains and the God of Water to take the opportunity and approval from Hung Vuong King and marry My Nuong, the King's daughter. This drawing is to represent the iconic battle between the two Gods. For the ancient Vietnamese, it explains natural disasters such as floods, storms, rain, and droughts. With the help of science, people now know the reasons for these natural disasters; however, we cannot forget the history of our nations.
