DESIGN It starts with an idea; taking shape in the form of graphics or cut & sew patterns.
DYE SUBLIMATION PRINTING Graphics are printed using the latest, top of the line Epson dye sublimation technology. Our printers live in a climate-controlled environment that ensures quality, color saturation, and sharpness.
FABRIC 60-yard long rolls of USA-Milled fabric is precisely cut to various product templates.

HEAT TRANSFER Combined with the printed graphics, the cut fabric is ran through a 400-degree rotary press to transfer the artwork.
SEWN IN HOUSE Once transferred, the fabric panels make their way to our team that expertly sews together different fabric panels to create the end product.
QUALITY CONTROL & PACKAGING Products are inspected for flaws in three areas; Fabric, Sewing, Graphics. After passing they are packaged.
SHIPPING Orders are picked, packed and shipped to customers all around the globe.
