Each day is thoughtfully aligned with Thai lunarbeliefs, ensuring a profound connection to the rhythms of nature and the self.

Thai Wisdom and Wellness

In Thai tradition, each day of the week holds a spiritual significance, influenced by Buddhist beliefs and lunar cycles. This philosophy is deeply woven into the fabric of Thai culture, dictating auspicious rituals, personal attributes, and even the color of the day. Our Wellness & Wonders program embraces these ancient traditions, aligning our daily o erings with the energy and essence of each weekday.

Monday (วันจันทร์ – wan jan) – Inner Calm

A day of introspection and emotional balance. Activities focus on grounding and serenity, allowing for deep relaxation and clarity.

Tuesday (วันอังคาร – wan ang kaan) – Energizing Flow

• Rates: All rates are in Thai baht and subject to a 17.7% service charge and applicable taxes.

• Dress Code: Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing suitable for yoga practice.

• Empty Stomach Recommendation: For optimal comfort and e ectiveness, it is advised to practice yoga on an empty stomach or at least 2-3 hour s after a meal.

• Inclusivity: Our complimentary sessions are designed to accommodate various fitness levels.

• Health Disclosure: For your safety, please inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the session, so appropriate modifications can be made.

• Booking: Advance reservations are required for both complimentary sessions and private classes. Please contact your butler to make a reservation.

• Private Sessions: Private yoga sessions are available for up to 2 guests per room.

• Venue & Timing Adjustments: Session venues and timings may be adjusted based on weather conditions.
