Welcome to the second issue of our class magazine. This edition takes a myriad of looks at Womens’ Health

Editor’s Note Womens’ Health. A catch-all phrase, that can mean everything or nothing. As health educators and communicators, we take the Center for Disease Control’s definition of Women’s health as strategies that help improve the well-being of women and girls. In this issue, we take and end to end approach to discussing issues impacting women. From articles on screening as a preventative approach to maintaining health and curbing chronic diseases such as hypertension. To a conversation around issues with menstrual health such as premenstrual dysphoric disorder. We also touch on the various phases of menopause, and debunking myths associated with this lengthy phase of women’s lives.
