Meet Cameron Hey there, I’m Cameron! I’ve been photographing Charleston weddings for over 10 years and love helping my clients have the absolute best photography experience. I’m not just here to take beautiful photos of your wedding day but also to provide resources and expert advice every step of the way. I believe in making the photography process simple and helping couples feel comfortable in f ront of the camera. During portrait time, I focus on prompts rather than poses to take your mind off of the camera and onto spending time with each other.

I’m a Charleston native and I can’t get enough of the Lowcountry’s southern charm. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Kyle, and we are crazy about our fur baby, Roscoe. When I’m not taking photos, I can be found working on a DIY project, exploring new places with my boys, or binge watching Gilmore Girls... again. I believe in celebrating the little things, laughing at my own jokes, and spending quality time with my loved ones.

Pricing Congratulations on your engagement! It’s my job to make the photography process as smooth as possible f rom the very beginning.

When you book with me, you’re not just getting pretty photos taken at your wedding. During our time together, I offer the knowledge and expertise I’ve gained f rom over a decade in the industry, the ability to make everyone feel comfortable in f ront of the camera, and a photography experience tailored specif ically for you.

To keep things simple, I offer one central package that is based on the most popular wedding day options. This package can be booked as is or added to using the below menu. If this does not f it your needs, I’m happy to help put together a custom package!

Travel I offer f ree travel for weddings up to 90 minutes drive f rom Charleston, SC and reasonable travel rates to your dream location.

Frequently Asked Questions WHAT IS YOUR STYLE? Throughout your wedding photography experience, I strive to capture photos in a way that doesn’t feel stiff or posed. Your images will feel natural and most importantly, 100% you!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK? Most couples book about one year before their wedding but don’t sweat it if your wedding is coming up sooner. Contact me to see if your date is available!

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE? I have always been a Nikon girl! To each wedding I bring 2 cameras, 2 backup cameras, a variety of lenses for each situation, and multiple flashes for reception coverage. Not to worry, I always have backup equipment, batteries, and memory cards!

DO YOU DELIVER ANY IMAGES IN BLACK AND WHITE? Most images will be delivered in color but in some cases, I will select a few to include in black and white. If there are any black and white images in your delivery, I also include their color equivalent. I’m also happy to take requests!

WILL THERE BE A CONTRACT? Yes! A signed wedding photography contract and 40% deposit are required to book your date. Complicated legal mumbo-jumbo not included.

DO YOU RETOUCH IMAGES? Absolutely! Every image you receive has been processed, one by one, for color correction, slight enhancing, and small blemish touch ups to keep your images looking clean and professional.

CAN WE SEE A FULL WEDDING DELIVERY? Of course! I’d love to show you what you can expect f rom your collection of wedding day images.

HOW SOON WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES? Images are delivered within 6-8 weeks of your wedding date!

AND HOW DO YOU KEEP THEM SAFE UNTIL DELIVERY? The very f irst thing I do when I get home f rom a wedding or photo session is backup my memory cards onto 2 external drives and onto the cloud. I then store the memory cards in a separate place as a backup until the images are delivered.

That’s 4 copies of the RAW f iles, just in case!

The Next Steps READY TO BOOK? After we have decided we’re a good f it, all you need to do is sign the wedding day contract and pay the 40% retainer fee to reserve your date. Your remaining balance will be due 1 month before the wedding. This can all be completed online.

Once things are off icial I will send you my Wedding Guide in the mail to welcome you and walk you through everything you need to know leading up to your wedding day.

The guide includes tips and info on achieving the perfect wedding day timeline, how to handle family photos, preparing for your engagement photos, and other helpful information along with a list of all my favorite Charleston vendors. I will also be sending out a questionnaire about 6 weeks before your date to get a better feel for your wedding day vision.
