AT THE FAIR!

MARYVILLE, Mo. — Fun Time Shows returns to the Nodaway County Fair this year bringing memory making rides and games.

Fun Time Shows is run by Missouri native Clint Payne, the company has been in business since the 1970s and operates across several states in the Midwest.

Payne has said that his company had trouble booking dates during the pandemic, but were able to weather the storm with help from government programs like the Paycheck Protection Program, and playing smaller venues than usual that were still holding shows.

According to Nodaway County Fair Board member Rex Wallace last year there are around 22 carnival companies working across the country. This will be the third year of a three year contract.

Those headed out to the fair can expect all the usual fun attractions, like food, games and rides.
