Motorcycle show set for Saturday at the fair

MARYVILLE, Mo. — The Nodaway County Fair Motorcycle Show is scheduled for 3 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 15 in front of the Nodaway County Administration Center, and if this year is anything like the 2022 show, there will be a plethora bikes to ogle.

In 2018, more than 50 motorcycles were displayed and in 2019 nearly that same amount graced Market Street with their colorful paint jobs and beautifully crafted frames.

Last year’s Best in Show was won by Pat Null and his American Softail.

Fair board to host pancake breakfast

MARYVILLE, Mo. —

The Nodaway County Fair Board will host a pancake breakfast for early risers on Saturday, July 15.

The board will host the breakfast starting at 8 a.m. on the corner of Fourth and Buchanan streets. Freewill donations will be accepted.

Chris Cakes will provide the pancake equipment.The breakfast will be followed by the Nodaway County Fair Parade scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
