Steak Sicilian a la Geator Ingredients: ➜ 4 pieces of tender steak, such as filet ➜ 2 cloves garlic, crushed ➜ 1/2 cup of olive oil ➜ 3 tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan cheese ➜ 1 cup of bread crumbs ➜ Salt and pepper, to taste Directions: In a bowl, mix together the garlic and oil. Dip the steaks in the mixture. In a flat dish, combine grated cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Coat the steaks with this mixture. Cook the steaks under a hot broiler, turning once. ✻
