As an Interior Designer graduated from ADS VietNam Institute, I have observed and experienced challenges in this design field, with numerous aspects of design from first bases of concept til’ the final results. With an aim to enhance our living space, I have also been developing self-criticism, perfectnism, ways of telling a story for each of my work, which I believe are neccessary builds for Interior Designers. I’m currently looking forward to working with a professional team to evolve skills and senses of creativity in design with all my support and passion.

The theme using for this project is to explore the concept and practicalities of Art and Design in relation to well-being. The techniques used to evaluate these skills are cross-assessment method and MBTI test (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). * MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator): an introspective self report questionnaire indicating differing psycholog-

‘Well-being is the experience of health, happiness, and prosperity. It includes having a good mental health, high life satisfaction, a sense of meaning or purpose, and ability to manage stress. More generally, well-being is just feeling well’ - Tachiki Davis Ph.D. The Wheel of Well-being (WoW) is an innovative health promotion initiative that aims to improve people understanding of mental health and well-being. WoW includes six elements for a person to be well-being.

The team found that co-living could be a kind of project to meet the elements in The Wheel of Well-being (WoW). To create and enhance the standard of a Co-living space, develop it by designing space implied mental therapy, reducing stress, Di An Garden orients to focus on Senses of Human. By factors which impact senses, Di An Garden is not only a project but also originates a new style of life.

COMMUNUAL LIVING SPACE | Bar - Kitchen

The space is a mirror-image symmetry, where the Patio is centre.

It is used for 10-16 people each side, to cook and eat together. In this way of opening the space, the design ultimately takes advantage of natural light, wind and other features from nature.

WINDOW-SEAT AREA Sounds from water curtain & outdoor area, smell from the food accompanied with scented candles can bring ease for experiencers.

Additionally, all of the elements would affect the taste of Di An’s diners.

Ventilation for nessessary Indoor Air is solved by high ceiling and a open patio near the Bar. Two bird-feeding are placed in the Patio, at two sides of the walking path, as a tiny place to interact with nature. People could approach birds and feed them easily while walking through.

Indoor bar: Planting spices or condiment such as mint or rosemary to irritate the lining of the nose (smell); simutaneously, impact to customers’ taste. Other benefit of growing plant onsite is using them immeditately in the need of bartenders or experiencers. The task’s requirements were to build concept for a clothing store; brand would be chose by designer’s intention and be identified by its market segment.

Prada is one of the most impressive Italian names offers products for upper- class with an inspiring long history to discover.

Addressing with the royal Italian architecture and fashion design, the desired image chose for Prada store is a version of a large chessboard in which king and queen represents for men and women areas. The color scheme used is Grey Coral/ Pink Blush - Mustard Sweater Black - Blue as the palette below.

Inspiration: Sakura Flowers - Sky - Cloud

CUSTOMER’S PROFILE | Con Cung Fashion

Con Cung is a common product store for Mom and Baby in Viet Nam, specialized in patroness and baby items. Assumes the brand would develop a new department in designing clothes for Mom and Baby and the customer wants to innovate Con Cung Fashion (CF) to deputize that.

The requirement for designers is enhancing CF into a clothing store, which implicates greenery lifestyle and uses environmentally friendly products.

Target customers for this project are Moms at pre, in or post- prenancy and Babies aged 1 - 8 year-old such as newborn, toddler (1-3 year-old), kid (3-8 year-old).

Environment Symbol of the next generation

First ideas of this project came from images in nature, such as Koala Mom holding their kids, the nature law of plants from Seeds to a large Tree or image of the floating Cloud in the sky. Each image has its own meaning which is included above.

Since, the ideas have been developed into Moodboard with added colors; in particular, pastel color scheme. These colors recommended will bring airiness for the space and are suitable for Mom and Baby.

TREES CROSSING THE CLOUD Inspired by the story ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’, the clothing showcase as a giant tree which contains ‘cloud shape’ face and the leaves as shelves to display products (e.g glasses).

Develop concept of giant tree, combine with Sakura. Sakura is a kind of flower which only blooms in spring the first season in year (mostly in Japan). It represents for kids/ toddlers in the beginning of life cycle.

PROJECT 4 120M2 VINTAGE APARTMENT

Residential

LIVINGROOM The goal for this project is designing an apartment for a single woman, including 1 livingroom, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 diningroom and 1 restroom.

Inspired by the movie ‘Mamma Mia’, and after analysing the weather in Switzerland (average temperature: 8 - 15 degree Celsius), it is quite ideal to create a hot color palette like summer vibe, open the space, lead the sunpath through the whole house. Besides, my decision also is dividing the livingroom and bedroom only by glasses and using concrete floor with cool mint tone in some parts of furniture to calm the temperature in hot days.

PROJECT 5 AT 3/56 HOUSE/ E.RE STUDIO

Modelmaking

This project was a compulsory subject in the interior design studies. The house is a mini version of a real-life project in Indonesia.

This house is highly recommended for a small family from 3 - 5 members. The backyard was transformed into a Japanese garden; the mutual space for family (livingroom, kitchen, playroom) was desinated to be ‘see-through’ and no-wattle-wall-provided, so as family members could see/ reach other.
