WHAT IS PHENOM?

Founded in 2013 by Nathan Dorton, Phenom Elite is a sports equipment brand and online retailer based in the United States of America. Phenom Elite manufactures gloves, footwear, performance and casual apparel, team uniforms, team accessories, and protective equipment.

Phenom Elite is a mission-based company focused on one signiﬁcant principle: To design phenomenal and functional products that disrupt the traditional sporting goods industry while keeping peak athletic performance as the primary focus.

GENERAL SHOOT

-Make sure all PHENOM logos or products are visible.

-If there are other items in the shoot that are not PHENOM branded, turn them inside out or make the logos not visible. We will not pay the full amount if other logos are visible.

-If there are non-PHENOM cleats in the shoot, disregard the above.

-If the uniforms in the shoot are non-PHENOM branded we will pay an additional $50 to remove those logos in post-production. This is optional and not required.

-If you are shooting PHENOM cleats in your shoot, be sure to get several shots of the cleats close up by themselves. Also include a full body shot from head to toe if cleats are involved.

WHEN SHOOTING WITH A VISOR

-Make sure the PHENOM visor clips are attached to the visor and the helmet.

-Make sure the middle visor tab goes underneath the middle of the helmet bumper. You may need to use a screw driver to loosen the helmet bumper.

WHEN SHOOTING WITH GLOVES THAT HAVE A FACE

-Make sure there is at least one shot of the top hands with the face being completed put together. See images of the Joker, Villain, and/or Sinister gloves for reference.

Phenom Elite Content Creation Guide: Key Requirements for Photographers and Videographers

To ensure consistent, high-quality content that aligns with our brand vision, please follow these guidelines closely. These are non-negotiable standards, and compliance is mandatory:

-PRODUCT-CENTRIC INTRODUCTIONS:

Every reel or video must begin with close-up shots of Phenom Elite products within the ﬁrst few seconds. This sets the tone and focus immediately. Examples will be provided to illustrate this standard.

-THUMBAIL READY VISUALS

For every reel or YouTube video, you must capture 3-5 high-quality photos that are usable for thumbnails. These images should prominently feature the Phenom Elite logo and products, ensuring brand visibility.

-STORYTELLING WITH PRODUCT VISIBILITY

While storytelling is encouraged and does not need to explicitly mention the product, the product itself must always remain clearly visible and accessible in the content. This ensures the viewer can easily identify and connect with the brand.

-COMPLIANCE AND PAYMENT

Failure to meet these three core requirements may result in delayed or forfeited payment. Adherence to these standards is essential for maintaining our brand identity and quality.

-If we provide product for a photoshoot or video shoot, all product must be used and featured in that speciﬁc photo/video shoot.

-If we provide product for a photoshoot or video shoot, and it is not used, a deduction in pay amount would occur.

-ALL products that are provided must be photographed or video’ed. Do not leave ANYTHING out.

Even if it is just a close up detailed shot, that will suﬃce. The whole purpose of us providing product is to receive content of it in return.

-Products that are provided that match in color or design, must be paired together on the athlete. Mis-matching product is not acceptable. Examples are on the next page.

-Gloves that are provided that have a face on them -- we REQUIRE that there is at least one photo of the top hand of the gloves be put together to complete the face. There are multiple examples throughout this creator deck. This is a non-negotiable. Pay will be deducted.
