Trouble Shooting Your PDA Things to Check Before You Call For Help Checking for Signal:

You must have “3G” or “H+” and antenna/signal bars.

If it says “OFF”, you must turn it back ON

Click on the very top section (blue highlighted area) this will open up the “Mobile Network”


The first selection is “Mobile Network” You must see TELUS and a checkmark in the box

If there is no TELUS and checkmark in the box, you simple click on it and it becomes “checked”

Rebooting Your PDA

If you are experiencing any problems and you have a network signal, you must reboot your PDA To reboot your device, you must take the battery out 1. Open up the back cover 2. Take the battery out 3. Wait 5 seconds 4. Put it Back in 5. Wait for your device to start up 6. If necessary, repeat You can also listen to voicemail #7575 for instructions. You must be logged into your voicemail account to do this.
