Developing a schedule and conducting workplace inspections monthly 2. Identifying situations that may be a source of danger or hazard to works or clients. 3. Making recommendations for the improvement of the health and safety workers and clients 4. Recommending the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of programs. Measures and procedures respecting the health and safety of workers and clients. 5. Investigating cases where workers are critically injured. 6. ETHICS COMMITTEE Executive Sponsor: Tracy Jones, President -- Meeting Frequency: quarterly Responsibility & Reporting: Consideration of ethical issues is an essential component of providing care within the therapeutic staff-client relationship. Staff frequently encounters ethical conflicts, uncertainty and distress in their work environment. The Ethics Committee provides education as well as consultation and support for staff faced with „yuck in their gut”, a bad feeling, moral questions re right or wrong. Ethics promotes good intentions towards all care and services provided by PHCS staff. We must avoid stating, there is no right or wrong, as PHCS does have policies to guide appropriate care.
