An architecture is a medium part of essential to create a narrative city by itself. It represents the value for locals and visitors.
A new role play of Hat Yai Junction that aims to connect between the station and “civic space”. It will be the renovation project to revitalize the quality of life. By re-design and re-programing. It is an opportunity for all people to be a part of the community and discover a new linkage.
SENSE OF PUBLIC AND BELONGING
A board of connecting the people. To creates a strong sense of pride and ownership in the local public space.
Hat Yai became the city since the railway was started. People have settled down. For the futher the new high-speed railway will be come. Therefore, the existing building will decrease the role play and transfers for the local line only. There is an opportunity for all people to discover new connections and feel like they are a part of the city.
The Civic Station supports inclusive growth of the city, were relevant to local needs and site context, and creates what the community offers.
To reimagine the role of Hat Yai junction by connecting and conventing the dwelling building into a welcoming public space for all visitors to enjoy.
The characteristics of Hat Yai and Songkhla architecture are colorful buildings, local materials from the community, and imported materials for the neighborhood.

Re-branding Project : Xiaomi Brand

Mi Flagship Store located at the cornerstore and have 2 window which facing to outside . From the main entrance the customer can look thoung the store to catching VR experince which is the main point of the store. It is the welcome and attract the people who walk pass by.
It divided the zone into four experiences in the flagship store. The main point is to want the customer to try the product first. Following the concept of the brand’s good qulity and, low price.
The first window is located for Mi beverages to make the store more dynamic by showing the function of Mi drink products.
Then the next window is decorated with new products and a digital tunnel entry to the store.
The idea is to provide a sensory experience that would show that everyday technology can also be fun which customers can enjoy with Mi products. There are many experience zone for custom ers; Mi VR, Mi train run, Mi LED panel, and M I theater.
Re-branding and renovation project

Ban Doi Kham is located in Commercial real estate at Stadium One. The programming comes from the site which is surrounded by the food sphere.
In addition, the site is near the Suphachalasai Stadium and Chulalongkorn University. For the target user are students, workers, and athletes.
For the atmosphere using the elements of nature which is Doi or mountain to represent the brand identity which create the a friendly and cozy environment which aims to make cus tomer to feel like home like the house hole in the city center.
Shophouse renovate project

The site has not had a passive place for peo ple to have a seat or chill. Additionally, the user in this area most of them are elder. The main point of the program is to bring back old-time experiences to the people.
The programming wants to keep the essence by blending between the site and users. Then cre ating a place for people to come up and meet over a period of time. Moreover, letting the new visitors come and explore the community.
In front of the shophouse, push the stair to be the facade of the building. To separate usability and program of the building enclose between public and private zone. While the stairs also shown the dynamic of people by using it.
Wongwian Yai Railway Station. From the site context and the programming want to keep the essence of it and blend in with the site and user . In front of the shophouse, push the stair to be the facade of the building. There are 2 types of stairs, public, and private stairs which separate the people to use at the same time.

For space planning, there are 3 floors and a rooftop. From the program ming, there are cafe on the first floor and cinema on the rooftop. To have a rooftop cinema 1 building is not enough, so have to rent the neighbor rooftop. To be the full part of the program.

Starting from the brand, The ReMaker is an upcycle brand and handmade especially using the monochrome color in their product. It is a cus tom-made product. So, the Hotel come up with the name “Suite” which is suitable that will be actually fixed to the special user.
The customer of the hotel can choose the type of room and cut off the option which is not nec essary for them. To become the room that is suited for dwellers. There is an optional list for customers to pick from. The concept is to use them in every single space to be useful for them.
Hospitality Renovation Project“Make the Stitch line to be the character”
For the space planning following the concept and create by the stitch line from the bag. By using every space to become used. From the main entrance cutting into the edge to let and welcome the customer, also make the eye-catching from the main road to the building.

The atmosphere of the hotel used dark colors to be lux urious and formal. By using leather follow the pattern of the stitching line to show their characteristic. It is mainly suited for the target users which are business people visiting the Asok.

Nowadays, education in Thai schools is not go ing well. A lot of students misunderstand their lessons. So that is why many students depend on the tutorial school. To improve their knowledge and find their po tential to study next in their collect or career.
The aim of the project is to create a learning space for students who are interested in science subjects. For let the pupils come and explore their science knowledge.
The Matrix Learning Center will help people to understand. Which re-new image of the science class by blending it into the exhibition.
Furthermore, provide a class, laboratory, student support center, sharing space, and discovery center.
Student can come and get the knowl edge both inside and outside . To help the student to understand more detail and some part that they miss understand from the school. To make the dission or student to their career in the future. To guid the way for the student to achieve what they want
