Political involvement and contributions

We respect employees’ rights as private individuals to express their political beliefs.

PharmaNest supports employees’ rights as private individuals to express their beliefs through participation in the political arena. However, on behalf of the Company, we have established standards for political engagement to ensure our actions best impact the interests of the Company and the communities in which we operate.

Employees may not support their private political causes in the course of their job responsibilities or on behalf of the Company. However, we respect employees’ rights to do so as private individuals using their own personal time and resources. Additionally, employees may not solicit or request other employees, customers or vendors for political contributions or support.

Employees should direct all requests for political contributions or support to their leadership.
