Employees should use due care and diligence when conducting activities or handling materials that may pose harm to the environment. To this end, we have established Company policies and applicable procedures for employees to follow. We are responsible for promptly reporting potential environmental accidents to Company management and, in some cases, environmental regulatory agencies. We are committed to correcting any environmentally unsafe conditions or practices in our daily tasks. Additionally, we must strive to conserve resources and reduce waste and emissions through recycling and other energy conservation measures to protect the communities in which we live and work.

We will strive to promote this commitment to our business partners, contractors and vendors, if possible through our commercial agreements.
