ImagineNano was one of the largest European events in Nanoscience & Nanotechnology that took place from 11th to 14th of April, 2011 in Bilbao (Spain).
For the first time, ImagineNano comprised 5 conferences in parallel, a huge exhibition and a Social component. This international event gathered nearly 1500 participants from the global nanotechnology community, including researchers, industry, policymakers, investors and has plans to become a reference in Europe in the upcoming years.
ImagineNano in numbers: 1479 Participants from 42 countries, 90 Booths, 160 companies/institutions, 5 Represented Country/Region Pavilions, 600 posters, more than 300 speakers, 50% from Spain and 50% from foreign countries, top six foreign visitors: France, Germany, United Kingdom, United States, Russia and Japan.
