Prospect Hill Academy Charter School

Prospect Hill Academy Charter School (PHA) is a PreK to Grade 12 charter public school located across three campuses in Somerville and Cambridge, Massachusetts. PHA serves 1,000 students from diverse racial, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds. 89% are people of color, nearly two-thirds are low-income, and approximately half come from homes where English is not the primary language spoken. PHA was founded in 1996 with the mission to prepare each student for success in college, inspire a lifelong love of learning, and foster responsible citizenship. Each year, 88% of PHA graduates enroll in college, making PHA one of the top-performing districts in the state. Since 2009, PHA has consistently placed in the top 7% of all U.S. high schools per U.S. News & World Report.
