SLEEP APNEA RECOVERY PROTOCOL
Remember - this is an experiment. We do not know how long it is going to take for this to work - or even if it will. If, after 8 WEEKS there has been NO change whatsoever, then it will probably not work. Please send feedback - good or bad to me via my office manager at this email: bob@drglidden.com
What you need for 2 months:
(4) bottles of Good Herbs Respiratory Support
(1) 8-ounce bottle of Elder Berry Extract by Professional Formulas. Purchase via Fullscript.
(1) 2-dram vial of homeopathic pellets of Grindelia 6C - purchase from IandEOrganics.com
Coconut water - get this locally at a health food store. You will be drinking 8 ounces a day.
Baking Soda - the brand doesn’t matter. Make sure it is baking soda and not baking powder.





PROTOCOL
Take 4ml of the Good Herbs Respiratory Support twice daily - morning and afternoon.
Take 1 teaspoon of the Elder Berry extract twice daily - at least 30 minutes after the Good Herbs doses.
Coconut water - drink 4 ounces twice daily: morning and evening. If you like it, you can drink more. There is no upper limit.
Take 2 pellets of the Grindelia 6c 30-60 minutes before bed.
Baking soda: put ¼ teaspoon in the (4 oz) coconut water drink twice daily, with the second dose being any time after sunset.
Do deep breathing exercises twice daily with your bare feet on the ground. Start with your arms in front of your chest with palms touching. With the inhalation, stretch your arms out to the side - palms facing forward. With the exhalation bring them together in front of your body.
After you have done the above protocol for 7 days, stop using your C-pap machine. It may take a few nights to adjust to not using it - so do not worry if there is not instantaneous relief. Once you stop using it, you should slowly but surely get a better night’s sleep. Once you have slept through the night for 7 nights in a row, continue the protocol for 7 more days, then stop it.
