TRAVEL TIP: Make photocopies of your travel documents. Leave a copy with a friend at home and take a copy with you.

“Many people think that we are a country-music show, or that young audiences won’t enjoy themselves,” says Meggan Sexton, Vice President of Operations, “and that couldn’t be further from the truth. We do some country music, but the reality is that this is a variety show, and we strive to entertain, no matter

your musical tastes.” The cast, which is renowned for their musical versatility, performs everything from Southern Gospel, to swing, to pop and rock classics. “If the question is, what do John Denver, James Taylor, Buck Owens and the Brian Setzer Orchestra have in common? The answer is AMT’s 2014 show,” says Sexton.

If you’re interested in a truly special dining experience, try the Mountain Explorer Dinner Train, while the New Tygart Flyer features two mountain grades, an “S” curve tunnel, and a trip to the pristine “High Falls of Cheat,” an 18-foot high waterfall in the West Virginia wilderness.
