that Lot A, District Lot 2611, Cariboo District, Plan EPP59666, be rezoned from RT3: Residential Cluster to RM5: Multiple Residential.
The subject applications propose to amend the Official Community Plan and rezone the subject property located at 4278 22nd Avenue to facilitate multiple residential development on the subject property. The applicant would like to construct townhomes and low-rise apartment housing, as well as provide landscaping and onsite parking to facilitate this development. These applications apply to the property legally described as Lot A, District Lot 2611, Cariboo District, Plan EPP59666, as shown on Location Map #1.
