APP2026 CPD Handbook

Overview

The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA), through the Australasian College of Pharmacy (the College or ACP), is the official education partner of the APP2026 conference.

The activities at the APP2026 conference have been accredited for a total of up to 13 hours of Group 1 CPD (or 13 CPD credits) suitable for inclusion in an individual pharmacist's CPD plan which can be converted to up to 13 hours of Group 2 CPD (or 26 CPD credits) upon successful completion of relevant assessment activities (current as of 11 March 2026).

Although the College was acquired by the PSA on 19 December 2025, the process for completing APP2026 CPD assessments remains unchanged. To confirm, online APP2026 CPD assessments and certificates of completion are only available on the College CPD Library, not the PSA online learning platform.

Representatives of the PSA | ACP will be present at the APP2026 conference on trade stand #343.

How to record your CPD Credits

Group 1 CPD Credits

Eligibility: Attendance at an accredited APP2026 session.

Group 1 activities do not require completion of an assessment. You may self-record Group 1 credits on your preferred CPD platform or recording tool. This can be the College CPD Library, or another recording system, however, ensure that you do not record the same activity more than once across multiple platforms.

To self-record your Group 1 credits on your preferred CPD recording platform, refer to the essential CPD information included in this Handbook (e.g. accreditation codes and competency standards)

Group 2 CPD Credits

Eligibility: Attendance at an accredited APP2026 session and 100% pass rate of associated MCQs

Group 2 assessments are hosted in the College CPD Library. To access and complete assessments, you must login to your existing College account or create a new College account.

If you are not yet registered with the College, please visit acp.edu.au/APP2026 for information on how to create a free account in the College CPD Library.

Important information

• Enrolment into Group 2 assessments opens once the session has commenced (AEST – Queensland time). You may enrol and complete assessment questions during the session or after it concludes.

• A 100% pass rate on all assessments is required.

• You are provided with unlimited attempts per assessment.

Accessing Group 2 assessments

For those registered with the College, please use one of the following methods to access your Group 2 APP2026 assessments:

Method 1: Using direct links via this CPD Handbook

1. Locate the relevant session in this Handbook.

2. Click or type the Bitly link listed for that session.

3. If prompted, login to the College CPD Library using your existing account.

4. Click Enrol on the session page.

5. Open the session module and click the assessment link.

6. Complete the assessment and achieve a 100% pass rate.

7. Important: After successfully passing the assessment, download your certificate. This triggers the system to add the CPD credits to your transcript and mark the activity as 'Complete'.

Method 2: Self-enrolment into multiple APP2026 sessions

1. Login to the College CPD Library

2. Select the Conferences tab from the top menu, then APP2026.

3. Use the checkbox on each course tile to select one or more sessions.

4. Click Enrol all to enrol in your selected sessions.

5. Select the Your Learning tab from the top menu

6. Open the session module and click the assessment link.

7. Complete the assessment and achieve a 100% pass rate.

8. Important: After successfully passing the assessment, download your certificate. This triggers the system to add the CPD credits to your transcript and mark the activity as 'Complete'.
