West Creek® Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slider-size Slices are packed 4/5-lb. easy-peel cheese slices per case, measuring 2.75”x 2.75” each, and containing 200 easy-peel cheese slices for easy separation. West Creek® Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slices have a creamy mouthfeel, buttery flavor, an ooey gooey melt, and have two times the shelf-life versus natural cheese. They are ideal for sliders, breakfast sandwiches, and mini-grilled cheese, to name a few.
West Creek® Restricted Melt Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slices are packed 4/5-lb. easy-peel cheese slices per case, measuring 3”x 3” each, and containing 160 easy-peel cheese slices for easy separation. West Creek® Restricted Melt Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slices have a creamy mouthfeel, buttery flavor, and a restricted melt, otherwise known as slow melt/hi-temp. These cheese slices are more stable when held for long amounts of time in hot boxes, under heat lamps, in coolers, freeze/thaw applications, deep-fried applications, and stuffed applications. They also hold up to reheating in a microwave or Turbo Chef.
