The chain tensioner system is designed to maintain proper chain tension by using two chains
One is connected to fixed and movable chain stoppers, with the tension regulated by hydraulic cylinders
A guiding wheel is installed between the movable and fixed chain stoppers to ensure the smooth movement and correct alignment of the chain’s dead end throughout its operation This wheel prevents misalignment or binding that could lead to inefficient operation or wear on the chain system
