Welcome to a HOT 2017 Market! Riding on the coattails of two consecutive years of record breaking home sales, our market has not slowed at all. The Greater Toronto Area and our Mississauga neighbourhoods are experiencing incredible buyer demand, exceeding customary levels for the season.

Sustained strong regional economies marked by low unemployment and continued low interest rates kept the demand for home ownership very strong. The constrained inventory levels have seen price growth acceleration at all price points throughout our city. Active listings at the end of December 2016 were at the lowest levels we’ve seen in fifteen years. Our 2017 market has started off at a record pace and looks on track to remain exceptionally strong.

Eighth Annual Red Day on May 11, 2017 Keller Williams Realty Solutions is part of this community service initiative across the globe.
